WeIla Color Charm Permanent Liquid Hair Toner with Liquidfuse Technology saturates, penetrates and fuses with the hair to deliver vibrant color that is exceptionally fade resistant. The extra mild formulation is ideal for creating delicate shades of blonde – like platinum and beige and neutralizing unwanted warmth after lightening. Great for toning pure double processed blondes. Pre-lighten the hair to desired level before applying toner. Mix 1 part WeIla Color Charm toning color with 2 parts 20 volume WeIla Color Charm developer. Apply to towel dried hair then, develop for up to 30 minutes. Check frequently to see if desired results are achieved. You can customize the toner formula by intermixing shades. For example, if you want a shade that is in between an ash tone and a warm tone, try mixing equal parts of T-18 and T-14 with equal parts of T-11 or T-35.

AMAZING.
I went from dark to blonde, color stripped it, bleached twice within a month period (using coconut oil before each bleach) & used the wella t28 the first round to dull out the orange, 2 weeks later lightened it again and it came out a very light yellow blonde and used the T14 to tone it down to a very beautiful blonde. I’m so inlove guys.

Amazing!!
Free shipping and came 3 days later!! Wow! I badly needed it so I contacted the seller if they can ship it earlier and I was willing to pay, I emailed them 3 times because I was debating whether I wanna buy it or not BECAUSE my hair was so orange and I hated it. I bleached it and it came out kinda eh, it was kinda gold which doesn’t fit me. Glad I tried this because my hair looks darker which what I wanted, it removed the yellowy and orangey color, it looks like light brown now which I love. I recommend this product if you have orangey hair, also the seller is so nice!! 🥰Some people have commented about this product having 2 wella t14 and one developer, what I did was dump the whole bottle of wella t14 to a plastic bowl and used that bottle to put the developer, I put the developer in the bottle twice because of the ratio which is 1:2 BUT I don’t think there’s enough developer for the 2nd bottle of wella t14, there’s more than enough for one though.

Works...just soooooo stinky
I achieved a level 8-ish yellow with Blondor lightening cream. Then took a chance and mixed Wella T14 with T18, but only with 10 Vol developer (instead of the 20 they called for.) I have fine straight greying salt and pepper hair, so I didn't want to use an ammonia toner but I did...it came out lovely for now! The T14 is a blue base, and turned a little greyish. T18 is a purple base, so turned more light silver. Overall I am VERY happy I was able to do this with 10 volume for less damage. The biggest downside to these toners is the stench of ammonia. I will be babying my already (previously) damaged blondes but now I can at least enjoy the cooler tone for a while... :)

I found my new go to toner !
I have been coloring my own hair for years. My natural hair is dark blonde. I have been using a golden bottle blonde dye for years. I have used light blonde shades in the past but my hair undertones pull red - which means no matter how cool blonde i go i will end up with orange or yellow (like butter yellow - like Lisa Simpson yellow) as a final result. I decided i wanted light blonde and that i wanted it a very cool tone - not a warm tone at all. I read about Wella products and was a bit nervous to mix my own color toner but thought what the hey ? I have used bottle blondes forever and this is the same concept except i put it together myself (no pre-measured ingrediants for me).I bleached my hair to make it all one color and it lifted the color a lot but of course - Lisa Simpson butter yellow is the result. I got this stuff in the mail three days after and wanted to use it right away. I got a kitchen scale (small digital scale) so i could measure by weight how much developer i had and added in exactly half the weight of toner. I got a brush and gloves and some old clothes on and got to work.It spread on very easily. I did not wet my hair in advance or put on coconut oil - just dry regular hair. I saturated through combing it in all throughout the sections. I used the level 20 developer but i think a 30 is fine too because that is kind of the default for most hair types. l wrapped a plastic bag around my head once all saturated to hold in heat and avoid drips. I timed 20 mins and rinsed in the shower for a good 5 mins until is was all rinsed out. I used a deep conditioner to soften my hair (it did dry it pretty bad). I use biolage deep conditioning balm for 5 mins and rinsed.I have short chin length A-line cut hair and honestly i could have done another application with what was left. However if you have long hair or very thick hair you may need two bottles of developer - better to have more and not use it then not have enough.I dried with hair dryer and u love how it turned out. It isn't platinum but it is certainly a cool blonde color and looks so natural. Wella is exactly what i was looking for - will buy again. As far as smell - it doesn't smell great but it is not as strong as some products i have used. Anyone who has used bleaching powder knows how strong that smell is. I would put it on par with a standard hair dye smell. If you are a regular at dying your own hair and want to get rid of that brassy red or yellow - use this toner, it totally works.

Yikes
I’ll start by saying I have used Wella toner before, and that time it had worked great for me. This time, I wanted to tone brass out of my blonde streaks (natural brunette with highlights). I chose this one because the salon stylist had used a platinum blonde toner when she did my hair and I loved it. I used this toner in the same way I have used wella toners in the past.Well… this time the toner striped color out of my hair leaving an auburn red patch! As well as lightening my natural brown areas. I was horrified. I had to go to the salon to fix it, and the color specialist was skeptical that it was a toner I had used. She confirmed that it shouldn’t have done anything to my brown, and shouldn’t have lifted color. She recolored my hair, and even with the new color I’m still dealing with break through red, a full month after the toning incident. Now I’m trying out products to try to cover red and shampoos to tone out red, all thanks to this lovely “toner”. Red is one of the hardest colors to get rid of so I’m pretty unhappy that I tried to use this toner at all in the first place.

Doesn’t come with enough developer
I used lemon juice on my dirty blonde roots and turned it yellow/orange. I used the T14 toner and 20 Developer on my hair for 25 minutes and it 100% corrected my roots. However, my mid section and ends of my hair are a natural light blonde/almost white. This product turned it totally grey, but that’s my fault as I put the product in all of my hair versus just my roots. This will correct orange and very brassy yellow hair to a nice blonde, but will turn natural lighter blonde completely grey (which some people may be going for!). I’m only giving this 3/5 stars because there is not enough developer, it’s a tiny bottle and not enough for both bottles of toner.

This is a true light silver. If I want a silvery white I mix it with white lady.medium mellow silvers I mex t14 with cooling violet about 1/2 oz. Smokey silvers t14 with cooling violet 50/50. The wella toners and tints intermix very well
