The SplashGuard is an insert which provides a smaller drinking hole, blocks the splash, is easily removed for cleaning and is dishwasher safe. Makes drinking easy
I use this with my wide mouth Nalgene water bottles. It provides a nice spout to drink from without being overwhelmed

Not blue
Was not blue but I still love it maybe more actually; it’s a sort of transparent cloudy white color

Definitely beneficial and very useful when attached to the top of your Nalgene
It works pretty well as it should although you just need to be careful not to accidentally push it into your Nalgene and have to drink it all in order to reach inside to retrieve your Splashguard but it's not too hard to avoid doing that. Of course I definitely love the snowflake printed on it and the color that matches the color my Nalgene. Well worth buying.

Definitely needed this
This is exactly what I needed, I kept spilling water on myself and I have not since I got this. I would imagine it fits most water bottles, mine is a buzio 32oz YMMV

Pros and Cons
This SplashGuard did it's job better than I expected. I didn't spill any water when drinking out of my Nalgene Wide Mouth Bottle. The only issue I have with it is that putting my mouth on the silicone almost felt like putting it on tin foil, like rubbing styrafoam together, or even like nails on a chalkboard. Something about it was not comfortable and made my front teeth sensitive.I will probably continue to use these SplashGuards from time to time, but I much prefer the CapCaps from humangear.

Must have for Nalgene
This is my second purchase of this little gadget (just different color to match different bottle). I own several Nalgene bottles and these make drinking from the large open mouth much easier without spillage. They clean up easily and last for years! You won't be disappointed once you add this to your bottle!

Not worth the price
It's cute and fits Nalgene wide mouth bottles fine, but it has a smell I do not like (even after washing). It is also too expensive; the price continues to rise on these as well. I prefer the Nalgene Easy Sipper (available in a 3 pack at a savings, if color does not matter to you). It is simply not worth $5 to $9 to me to see a snowflake or smiley face every time I take a drink:)
