There is what they call a sewing edge on the length of the wire that is perfect for tucking into the small gaps between interior car panels. So most of the install does not require adhesive that is why there is none on this product. It comes with a plastic tuck tool to facilitate this sort of install. It comes with a USB male adapter th as t can be swapped for a 12v cigarette lighter type plug. Or you can attach a power and ground lead and hardwire them into your car. I hardwired mine in such a way that they are always on and my previously installed voltmeter shows such a low draw that i have left my truck off for 2 or 3 days never fall under 12volts. The light emitted is low enough not to distract from driving but bright enough to look cool. Oh and electro luminescent wire produces no heat so it is always cool.

So easy to install and lasted a few months before it started fading in some spots but after contacting the seller they are sending me a replacement! Always gets compliments on the interior cause of these lights they definitely add a unique touch when driving at night!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

if you’re looking for pink lights just keep in mind it looks great at night but once it’s daylight you can see just a red strip , it’s not pink. was expecting it to be pink like the picture but it’s red , and pink once dark and turned on

Ok so these lights ARE pretty cool. But here's the thing, they didn't fit my car like other pictures show. I have a 2005 sunfire pontiac, and there are ZERO inside lights that you can manually turn on. So it gets pretty darn dark in my car. I thought these lights would be perfect and... they're not.My car doesn't have little spaces to put the lights in. Any spaces I do have don't fit the lights. I could push the lights in with the little tool it comes with and it'll just fall out. So I had to use a different method. At first, I super glued it. It worked pretty well, but that ofc left a nice little stain on my car and fingers. Then, I bought double-sided tape, but that stuff isn't very strong.So basically I've struggled to get these lights to stay on my car and it's just been a beast. I'm not entirely sure, but I'm pretty sure no where on the details of this item does it mention that it only works for certain cars. Unless I'm doing this wrong (but I doubt it since no one else in the reviews was having trouble).Overall, these lights are pretty cool. It plugs into my car decently, and the light it gives off is pretty. But since it's plugged in, I'm not sure if it turns off when my car turns off. So far I just unplug and plug it every time I want to use it. I also haven't noticed the color changing or becoming weaker so far. So yeah, these lights are great! I think next time i just have to find something more specific. All the issues I'm having don't really have anything to do with the quality of the lights themself. (That's the reason I gave 4 stars)So if you have an older car, maybe don't get these lol. But they could be cool for other things too, not just your car.

These are cool. I’m slowing making my pink princess car reality come true. To install you have to push the led wire between the cracks of the dash because it doesn’t bring adhesive. Also to make note, the packing is the only bad part of this. It came in a clear plastic bag with no instructions. If it wasn’t for my brother who is into stuff like this I would’ve been screwed for hours.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this. I got the pink and it looks great against the black interior of my car (see video). Depending on where you're trying to install it in your car, it can be easier or a little tougher to get it in the crevice. The tool they sent worked wonders getting it in around my air vents, which had really tight spots along some sections. TIP if you're having trouble installing: Start installing the lights along the track where you want them to go. If you run into an area with a lot of resistance, back your strip out an inch to where you were getting less resistance. Slide the tool into that area with less resistance and push it toward the difficult spot, installing the light strip in behind the tool. Keep going until you get to a low resistance area again. Repeat if you hit another difficult spot.

Only a few metres is able to stick in around the dashboard and the rest does not stick in at all. Have tried a couple of times and had a few bits of help but end up the same. Not satisfied with my purchase.
