I do not know the volts however I can visualize the ear very well with the product

it came without battery, what type of battery uses?. .

This requires 2 C batteries (not included).

I am wondering if anyone is having trouble focusing with the ophthalmoscope? I can't even get a red reflex. Is it my scope or the product in general?

It is not you this is a HORRIBLE product for professional use!!!! Might be ok for student use but that is no guarantee!!!!

how do i purchase otoscope tips?

That is the frustrating pieces.. I have not been able to find them, hence the tool is pretty useless for an office atmosphere. the manufacture says the ones shipped are reusable after cleaning. Not in my practice am I going to clean and reuse. So I had to purchase another set of scopes since the item is non-returnable.
