3 out of 4 good, 1 bad
Received 4 Mangoes in a box, for the price at this time of year, they were great value for money! Weren't as sweet as I would have liked them to be, but perfect for dicing up and freezing for my morning smoothies. One of the mangoes was bad and had insects in it, so I wasn't too impressed about that, it had to be disposed of, the other 3 were very ripe, so had to chop them up immediately and either eat or freeze, next time I think I'll opt for the ripen at home variety to see how they turn out. Overall experience, not so bad, but not great either!

Bad quality for a hefty price
I received my order of 2 kilos of Sindhura Mangoes on 24th March 2025 afternoon. I received 14 small pieces, all hard & raw and as Green as can be! Sindhura always has a Red part that's why it is also known as Laalbagh Mango too. There was not a speck of Red anywhere. I had assumed logically that when I order 2 kilos of Mangoes from Amazon Fresh at least few pieces may be 3 or 4 at least would be in a ready-to-eat condition-but this wasn't the case! I didn't call Customer Service for an immediate refund bcoz I thought I would wait for the Mangoes to ripen and savor them. I waited and waited...today when they did seem ripened finally, I noticed there's a chemical infused smell and majority had rotted Black from the head. I tasted a morsel of a piece and it was tasteless. Not an iota of the usual little spicy honey-esque sweetness of Sindhura in it.I paid Rs.396 which is not a cheap deal and that too for a terrible batch of Sindhuras! I should have not waited and given the benefit of doubt. Its totally my loss bcoz the Mangoes are unfit for consumption and not worth a penny. I paid Rs.29 for EACH Mango and I am very very disappointed.
