Great unit for the price. Vinyl sounds really good. Easy to use
After 25 years my wife and I decided we wanted to play our old Vinyl albums. I just could not see dropping $400-$500 on a turn table but did not want a suitcase style either. Then I came across this one. I read all the reviews and you tube videos and just kept coming back to this unit. For me this checked all my boxes. I wanted to be able to adjust the speed of the album, had to have both 33 and 45 RPM, adjustable tone arm weight and be able to plug into an existing amplifier or stand on its own. I did not want blue tooth.Set up was easy after watching the process on you tube. Unit arrived very well packaged and in great shape.Best part is it looks amazing and sounds fabulous. It is very easy to use and well built. I would recommend this to anyone out there who wants a great turntable to spin some vinyl.

This is an Excellent Turntable
This turntable is quite nice. Those of you wanting to get a manual vinyl player, this one is hard to beat. It looks great, has a very good arm with anti-skate and the included AT cartridge sounds fantastic.I was surprised that this unit has no ground wire or connector. I've never seen that on a turntable before. It sounds wonderful with my receiver with no feedback. The platter is nice and has a fine tune speed control. This is a great turntable at a great price.

Good quality, easy to set up and use, good sound. Expected a lot less for the price.

Very nice belt driven turntable if you're not an equipment snob.
I have heard no wow, flutter, rumble, or hum from this unit. Speed is constant and easily adjustable. Cartridge is not audiophile quality, but acceptable and easily replaceable, and care is needed to adjust the tracking force and anti-skate.. The only thing I would like is auto-lift at the end of the record. That's the only reason why I rate it 4 rather than 5 stars. Great value for the price; I got mine from the warehouse for less than $100 and it looks and works as new. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Suprised How Happy We Are
My daughter decided she wanted to get a turntable and listen to records (particularly my old collection). We search and searched, and either the really good ones cost a fortune, which she doesn't need, or the more economical ones either have questionable build, limited features, etc. We particularly didn't want one with the built in speakers, because those are so crappy in sound.I took a deep breath and decided to go with this one. The cost is by far not the cheapest, nor was it near the top of the range. Features are also in the middle. I am very, very happy with it. First, I was surprised by the packaging. Turntables can get messed up before you get them out of the box if not packaged well. Then I was surprised how clear the set-up instructions were to us. Then I timed the turntable. In the 5-6 I owned back in the old days plus the dozen or so I fiddled with for friends, I maybe came across one that was timed correctly. Most didn't give you a way to easily adjust it, and I would open it up to find the adjustment. Pleased to say this one was spot on in terms of RPM, and even if it wasn't it's an easy adjustment. The sound is very good. I am turntables that cost 3 times as much have much better stylus's and sound, but this is quite good. I hooked it up to a Marshall speaker for her and it's really enjoyable sound quality without taking up a ton of room.Sure, I wish it had a way to autoplay a stack of 45s. And I'd love it to have automatic on and off, but it's not that hard to move the arm over and to lift it up when the record is done.Bottom line, it's everything we were hoping for.

Very nice unit
Very happy with this turntable. Easy to use, put together, and has a sturdy feel. I haven't felt any "cheapness" to it.I'm not a super picky audiophile, but I DO want something nicer than "standard", and this one fits the bill. The arm weight is nice and the speed adjust is easy to use. I never had that feature before, and it's actually really nice to have.

Has Quirks, Needs Work but NOT TERRIBLE
I got this as a secondary table to my trusty Technics SL-3100. It seemed like a good price for a new turntable with similar customizable speed, tonearm balancing, etc.Out of the box, the speed was too fast at the "0" position on the slider. I had to slow it to -2 but have since played with the speed pot on the underside to dial it in. One thing to keep in mind with this table is that the speed of the platter slows down when the stylus is playing the record, unlike the constant speed of my direct drive Technics. Adjust the speed once the record starts playing.Experienced turntable users will want to check/adjust the overhang of the stock cartridge as mine came with it sticking out a tad too forward. Its attachment to a standard Technics-style headshell is a big plus as it allows for finetuning and quick cartridge swaps if you want something different. That being said, the included AT3600L is plenty good enough for most people, so an upgrade shouldn't be necessary. The tonearm is where I have the biggest complaints. Its bearings and movement aren't very smooth and it can be a challenge to get it floated and balanced. What's worse is its completely unusable anti-skate, which has no effect preventing skating across a blank-sided record, even at maximum setting. Inspection of its internals shows it doesn't even use a spring but a thin piece of wire that wasn't attached to anything. Don't expect the anti-skate knob to do anything on this table. The C100's platter is undamped and rings like a bell when you tap it. I put a rubber mat under the included felt one to help with damping and it also improved the horizontal position of the tonearm, which is too high and tilts downwards. Please note that the tonearm rest needs to be raised after doing this. On a related note, I noticed the rest's slow release using the cue is very good.To conclude, I feel like with a little work, an experienced user can get ok results out of the C100. It's easy to dial in the correct speed and the tonearm is at least mostly balanceable, minus anti-skating. The sound quality of the included cartridge and preamp is actually quite good, in my opinion, making this a possible candidate for an affordable secondary table.I wouldn't recommend this table to a beginner as it needs far too much twiddling with out of the box. An automatic table would be a better choice for them.

Excelente producto
Es fácil de ajustar y la calidad de sonido es increíble. El único pero es que si se conecta por phono, se requiere un preamplificador muy potente. Me encantó.

Supprisingly good for the money
Gets a bit of a bad rep because it's as cheap and plastic but the simple fact is that it works better than the Teac tn-100 i previously bought, the teac one was skipping on a few records, but when i tried this one it was fine, also has features like the counter ballance weight and anti skate and can be modified at least a bit with the headshell.
