You can chew these or swallow, they,re small. Taste fine. I use and really like Solaray products. Husband like them too. 7500 mcg is the same as 25000 IU. Other good supplements for eyes to try are lutein, zeazanthin, lycopene, bilberry extract, Doctors best makes a good stabilized R Lipoic Acid with Na Rala which helps the body produce Adult stem cells to draw upon for healing. Vitamin A deficiency causes alot of eye problems. Easy to solve with a good quality natural vitamin a supplement. Be well!

Vitamins are easy to swallow, best bang for your buck!

I'm just trying this supplement to see if it helps. I will write an updated review in a couple of months, when I've had a chance to see the effect of carotene on my system. I have chronic malabsorption of nutrients due to surgery, so I take a lot of supplements daily. Some seem better than others, but I trust the Solaray brand and have always found it of high quality.I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist, so my reviews or opinions are strictly my own observations. Please don't rely on what I write as a basis for your personal health! I think it's good to try various supplements and brands, and find out what works best for your individual needs. Each person has a responsibility to do this, and sadly, many physicians aren't helpful in this area. In any case, I wish you good health!

There is a measurable improvement in my eyesight when I include this product in my regimen. There have been times when I could not afford the additional cost of vitamins and supplements. When I cannot include this one in my monthly budget, I truly notice the marked difference.
