Seems very solid, very well constructed. Came with a book which shows a small assortment of excercises you can do with the device as well as some tips on using it. Wish there was more in that regard, but glad there is something. Beautiful piece of equipment with a huge range of resistance options. I purchased the red one and it looks "sharp" in my opinion. Using it you can definately feel the solidness of it and i definately feel like im getting a very worthwhile workout with this equipment. The device also came with an attatchable locking piece to keep it closed when not in use which i found nice, even though the locking piece(s) is only plastic it works well and as intended. And bonus, they actually gave 3 of these with the equipment so should one happen to get broken i have 2 more! All in all im very happy with this piece of equipment so far. Good purchase in my opinion.

This is a great little workout equipment. My husband asked me to order it, but I have been using it since I opened the package. Comes ready to use with thorough instructions on the safety lock, how to adjust, which resistance levels are recommended for whom, and different exercises you can do. Very clear cut and easy to understand. They have resistance level recommendations for teenagers, women, and multiple levels for men or stronger people. I have used it at level 4 and can feel it working my muscles in my arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Tightening the core gives a nice boost to the movements. I like that it has a soft return after you squeeze the handles inward. It does not jerk back which would be dangerous. Instead, it has a slowed return kind of like a soft close cabinet. I also like that the grips are comfortable and easy for my smaller hands to hold. It doesn’t put stress on my arms in an uncomfortable way like other similar equipment pieces do. I know my husband is going to love this when he tries it. However, he might have to pry it out of my hands first.

So far so good. This little machine has a good amount of resistance I am enjoying the exercises it targets the upper body well. I find that sometimes the screws and nuts get a little loose so you must remember to tighten them. Im glad i brought this.

At first, I thought this was pretty good - decent resistance, easy to store. But after a few months of use (not daily), it started to leak. For £60, that's ridiculous.
