We were very pleasently surprised on how easy it was to build. Took less than half an hour with no tools. My son's, 5 and 1 were ecstatic and kept trying to play on it while it was being built. Very happy with everything on it.

It was a great gift for our grandson to keep him busy at home when he can't get to the park. The only downfall of this product is in the description. It should state this is going to come in 2 packages with 2 tracking numbers. Which means you should get 2 emails letting you know you have packages coming. It doesn't and you don't even know what the second number will be so you have to take everyone at their word.The basketballs that came with the playset are not the best especially if you have dogs who like basketballs.

The slide was a good height for a 18 month old. 7 year old can play quite easily and 10 year can also slide. Very easy to assemble with not so great instructions. Took 30 minutes to assemble with one adult and a tween. Slightly woobly when compared to the larger slide from little tikes but that is kind of expected bcoz of swing attachment. The delivery also did not take so long and was delivered well in advance from the committed timelines.But one of the issue i had was that the swing was missing a snap lock attachment where the swing seat must be attached(see pictures attached). The seller was absolutely prompt enough to get this issue addressed. I appreciate their level of customer service especially for the higher price tag i am paying for.

I ordered this and since it came in 2 package I realized I had only received one. I contacted the seller and they did an amazing job replacing the missing/lost package. I would order from them again! Although I had to wait a few more days it was okay because all my issues were taken care of! Wonderful product and excellent service! My son loves this!!! I’m very satisfied

This shipment came with ALL the pieces required to assemble the product. The instructions were included and easy to follow. My godson is going to love his swing set and it was worth the price. The delivery arrived on the date indicated. I will definitely use this seller again.

I will be promptly returning this item. I purchased for my 2 nephews. My sister did not complain, it was expensive. When I saw the product they got I was completely mortified. It is SO flimsy, the swing flips completely forward or backward when a child is in it (glad I was close enough to catch my daughter before her head hit the ground). NOT worth the money or a child's cracked head.

So I contacted the seller to ask what happened. The seller was good and quickly replied to me that two packages were sent separately. Amazon can only display one because the system problem, and gave me another tracking number for me , and it was delivered the next day. So I assemble it quickly and surprise my son. The assembly is very simple, just use the buttons to tighten one by one according to the instructions. The functions are very complete, not only can slide, swing, but also play basketball and football. My son likes it very much. Now he plays it for a while every day.

I didn’t receive the exact product shown in the picture. Completely different color than what I originally ordered. Not big at all. My son is not even two yet and his feet drag the ground on the swing. Bad quality and not worth the price. I ended up paying $250 for this and if I would have know I wouldn’t have paid for than $50.
