You can count on a longtime company like London Fog to provide a quality product. The fine wool is very warm for cold winters and the longer length provides good coverage. This coat does run a bit large, and the “Heather” color is really brown, but it is an excellent value.

I like the coat, but can't get one in my size. I tried the large, but it fits too tight. I need the XLarge, which is out of stock. When will you have this size in stock again?

The only concerns I have are related to the 60% wool content. I don't know if that makes it prone to being attacked by moths. Does the other 40% non-wool content offset that concern? Also I have not worn it for any length of time to know if 60% is prone to be as scratchy as all wool. However it is the wool content that gives it the dressiness I like and is accentuated by the included scarf.

Sizing was way off for me personally. If I wore no shirt I *might* have been able to almost get it buttoned. Forget it with a sweater. Also, it is described as having a scarf. No scarf present. Jacket seemed ok but overall more disappointing experience than the 4* I left on the review

It fits perfectly. It's very warm and comfortable. It's perfect to wear with more dressy clothes as well as with jeans. I also like the scarf that came with it.

Completely surprised and satisfied with this purchase . Shipping only took two days to east Texas . Expected a flimsy light weight maybe cheap jacket . But this is a excellent five pound thick good quality wool material definitely a outdoor jacket . All the seams and stitching are perfect , the color is a deep black an not the shiny sheen as the picture showed . I was mostly concerned about the size as it didnt describe the dimensions , Im six feet tall , 20 inch wide shoulders , 36 inch sleeve length from middle of back , and yeah a little extra 38 inch waste with a 42 gut , a few extra pies an old age perhaps . Went with the large size despite others suggesting sizing one up because of China manufacturing guidelines . But the large fit perfectly , exactly 20 inch shoulder seam to seam an arm length 35 , best of all the center button at waist is 48 inches , allowing room for wearing sweaters without being to tight or baggy looking when buttoned . For me I couldnt have found a better fit , perhaps back in the day with a 32 inch waste it may have looked to roomy in the mid section . No longer a slim fit , only complaint it came folded in a bag an has many wrinkles , will probably take to a dry cleaners an have it steam ironed rather then chancing myself ruining it with a iron . Other then that , love it ! Nov-9 supplement to this review , bought a cheap 20 dollar garmet steamer from walmart ,worked perfect to remove wrinkles , recommend using distilled water only ,

Nice material for the price. Good tailoring and fit. Perfect length. Functional travel coat or smart evening wear.

Good workmanship and quality. Fit is excellent and having hand pockets on top of the regular 2 side pockets was a nice surprise. Withstands cold wind better than other wool coats I have.
