Good quality product! The alcohol solution works well and has saved me a good number of re-inserts into my system. The card scrubber is the selling point though. It scrubs well and seemingly gently. At the end of cleaning a few cartridges, it was significantly darker with dirt and debris. I would recommend buying a few of the cards if you want to scrub your large game collection. Otherwise washing the contacts with water might save you some money (haven't tried it myself yet). This can be done as the card itself is made out of a hard plastic. Just make sure it dries completely before using on your games again. Water is very bad for copper contacts!Overall a very good product. I see myself buying more of this kit in the future. Very good to see someone is making these sort of cleaning kits today as it's very hard to find new ones nowadays.

I received my Game Cleaning Kit recently and I love it. The picture size is a little confusing, but it's size makes it easy to clean the game cartridges. I have already cleaned a few Nintendo 64 and NES game cartridges, and now they work great. The wet and dry sides makes it really convenient for me to clean the game cartridges then dry them. Love the nostalgia of being able to play my old games again.

So simple to use and clean my cartridges. I'm back to playing Ultima and other classic Nintendo games I'd had stored away for years! East to use! If I'd add any improvement...it would be that it come with a little carrying case to keep the bottle with the card ...protected and free of debris. As it is, I threw it in a baggie.

Nice but ,what they dont tell you is its just rubbing alcohol. Its not for cleaning the consol,where the game plugs into nor does it fit into the cartridge itself.

I purchased this because I recently set up my retro station. I noticed some of the contacts on the game cartridges were dirty after a few years of sitting in a closet, so I purchased this 1-up card to clean them up.It's insanely easy to use. It comes with a solution of 99% alcohol that you drip onto the 'wet side' of the card and the thickness of the pad ensures that it is always pressed firmly to the contacts. Once you scrub the contacts, you just flip it around and dry them off with the other side of the card. It takes all of 30 seconds. Rinse and repeat for each game and you have yourself a perfectly clean game.Your alternative is using a q-tip and that's no fun.

A local retro game shop uses these as their business card. It's just a thin credit card with some fluffy foam glued to it. The "special cleaning solution" is just rubbing alcohol from your local drug store.It's great for cleaning games, but shouldn't cost more than $2.99 at most. The margins on this thing must be unreal. Stick to q-tips until the price comes down.

Love this product! I recently pulled my NES and SNES out of storage, and most of my games were hard to get booted. The 1-up cleaning system pretty much got all but one cart into perfect working order.

Used it to clean some old NES Cartridges, quick and easy to apply. Games started up right up after being cleaned with the 1UP card cleaner.
