Q: Will this satisfy the requirements of Wisconsin's ground blind regulations during the gun deer season?

If i remember correctly in Wisconsin you need 12"x12" of blaze orange on all sides to be legal. 144 square inches. This will more than satisfy that. But make sure you have it down far enough on all sides to be seen. I used something like this on a small 1 man flip over and just cut it to wrap around the sides about even with the windows.
