Order a size up if you want a more relaxed fit, but this item is fitted and needs to be to stay in place during water sports.

I like the material but these are really small. You may need to order one to two sizes larger than your normal shirt size.

Very nice rash guard.
Good quality rash guard. I got it for scuba as well as sun protection on the boat. Does both great.

Go one or two sizes bigger than normal
I am 5'-11" 175lbs, slim. I normally wear medium shirts and like them snug, but this medium was practically choking me it was so tight. I returned it and decided to play it safe and got a 2-XL. It is slightly baggy but fits ok. A large probably would have been too snug still. XL probably would have worked ok, but I'm good with the loose fit.

Terrible Quality
Terrible quality. I only used it once, and the logo is already peeling off. I don't recommend it to anyone. You'll lose your money fast.
