great for low carb baking
ordered as on a low carb diet, smallish pouch for the price but resealable bagused to make low carb pancakes, fairly finely milled so pancakes tasted nice! ( not a big fan of almonds)Will use for more baking when i get round to it!

Great Addition to the food cupboard
