I purchase my mother the size 6 Extra Heavy Long and this is the only place I can find them. She literally cries every time she gets a delivery because she says these pads give her peace of mind, comfort, and dignity back. She also says the very light scent makes her happy. Please don't every stop having these pads!

Bulky but very absorbent. At least you know you won't leak like with the so called absorbent thinner pads.

Goodbye pullups! These are amazing. They can and do hold an entire bladder without leaking. They create a gel like a baby diaper and it keeps the moisture away from your skin (and clothing). I have a neurogenic bladder and sometimes have little to no notice when it's time to go and no ability to stop the flow once it starts. I'd been using pullups, but who wants to wear a diaper every day just in case? These pads are able to handle a FULL BLADDER with room for more. They are very very long, but slim enough that you cannot detect them through clothing. If I have any complaints they are that they are scented and that the adhesive needs to be much much stronger.

These work well, but do not feel like cloth. It would be great if they came in #7 absorbancy. I wish they were a bit wider, because I get irritation fron the oad rubbing against my skin. This does not happen with regular Always. These pads are scented, which is extremely off-putting.

Ok ladiessss!! These pads are the greatest so far!! Long length for those heavy flow days and great scent to disguise that period blood smell! Also, a cute pattern to make you feel extra girly, haha. They don’t move around or bunch up and that’s nice for when I’m sleeping and rolling all over the bed. I love these pads and these will be my go to from now on! BUY THESE! Will update as time goes on…:) Update*** While these are still one of the best ones I’ve used... my flow has been a bit heavier than usual and I’ve had some spilling on the sides.

Too narrow! Length is good Scent is strange

This Always pad is comfortable and holds the urine in pad. I have no bladder control at all anymore. I don’t wake up when I need to empty my bladder. These pads are long, at night I have to wear two of this pad. During the day I wear one. I go through a minimum of 5 pads a day. I have spent so much money on pads that did not work. I have tried every medication there is and they do not work. There is a surgery I am going to have soon and pray it works. I can only wear black pants , just in case, I have an accident.
