I got the 50kg rated power bar. It looks very well made and is a good bit of kit to enhance your workout. I go camping regularly and use this alongside resistance bands to workout while away.As a guide, I'm 6ft tall, weigh about 95kg and athletic build, im regular gym goer and have been for years, on bench press at the most I usually do 8 reps at 100kg. I found the 50kg bar strong enough to be a challenge.There are multiple grips you can use to increase the challenge but after a set of 10reps on this, it gets very hard and so iv also actually just ordered a lesser weighted one so I can do a kind of drop set with them while I'm off on holiday or away with work.Iv found it mainly hits the shoulders and forearms as well as chest.Very pleased with the product. I would say it probably won't build a lot of muscle but it will certainly maintain what you have while away from a gym and is good to include in your workout to mix things up a bit.

This is not Doben brand, see image, that's false advertising which I think is wrong. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is silly really, this item is great, there's no need to lie about the brand. I also don't understand how their blue bars can be harder than the black ones when they both claim be the same resistance. Doesnt make sence, surely that means the black ones are of lower resistance?The description on this item is aweful, confusing and incorrect information.My recommendation is go for the Blue ones, not the black. And (it depends on your build) but 30kg should be a ideal starting place for most people in my opinion.I got 30kg blue and I'm very happy with it. It's strong, not too easy to do, it does feel like it's around 30kg in resistance.I do sets of 15. And I don't think I'll be upgrading to a 40kg anytime soon.I think I'll keep this until im doing sets of 30-40 before considering going up.

Be warned it isn't actually Doben brand. That said it does exactly what it's supposed to do and is a nice addition to simple home exercise kit

30 kg bend is decent for me, I do love this! I'm 5f 7 and casually exercise at home morning and nafternoon (no aim for body builder of the year). It's great and I use it everyday. It's multifunction or in different positions and very good for working your muscle strength for sure. I think over a period of time I feel like I'm ready to buy the next weight up BUT logically speaking exercise is not about the heaviest weight rather the consistency of your decent exercise. It a good weight to be occupied with if it's casual exercise you're looking for.

This thing is an incredibly fun way to work out, but…If it were to snap or disconnect from the handle (manufacturing defects happen, and during use it’s constantly under stress) it would whack you in the face and easily take your eye out, as it’s thick metal spring with a lot of force behind it so I am a bit cautious to use it.

Works great, can definitely feel the pull on chest muscles. Compact design and great grips

I am not really pleased with it, for 50kg I was expecting a bit more from the spring, Its kinda stays bent a bit after a few moves. I should have gone for 60kg. Well, I am going to the gym a few times a week, do bench press 100Kg a few reps, dumbbell bench press 40kg , I am 75k.It pointless for me in getting these. They might be useful when on holiday.

I am not a gym nut. Nor do I claim to be able to lift x or bench press y.I do however, or rather did have a set of pretty impressive moobs that seemingly no amount/type of exercise could shift.I watched a YouTube video on this kit and decided to give it a go.Every day I use this, in addition to a set of simple dumbbells and praise-be, my moobs are no more. It's pretty embarrassing for a guy to have a large cleavage. I only wish I had found this piece of kit a lot earlier in my life.Be careful though. This thing kicks back like a startled mule if your sweaty hands slip off the grip. I gained a painful bruise to the chest that way. I'd advise having a cloth handy to keep wiping down your hands between reps.

Si estás un poco entrenado recomiendo el de 60k.Hago deporte en casa y es el que yo he comprado.Puedo hacer 30 reps con la musculatura descansada, pensé que solo podría hacer 3 o 4. Por eso recomiendo el más resistente.
