Will it break easily?

That's a very subjective question. I bought this to see how it compared to the Lionsteel SR1. It is NOT the SR1. However, that in and of itself does NOT mean the Ganzo is garbage. In fact, it is surprisingly good. The steel takes and holds a very sharp and durable edge, the lock is stout and solid and the G10 scales are of quality material and very well machined. I've baton-ed wood with it, thrown it, dug in the ground with it, clamped the blade in the bench vise and hung 100 lbs of free-weight plates from the handle, driven it though a 2x4 by beating on the handle with a log and repeatedly punched the point in a log and ripped it back out sideways. In all of this abuse, it only dulled the edge, marred up the surface finishes and loosened up the blade pivot. A few minutes on the stone and a tightening of the pivot solved what issues I had inflicted. COULD I break it? Sure I could. ANY tool CAN be broken if abused enough. Did it break during my purely abusive usage? No. And, as a point of fact; I'm not sure my Lionsteel would survive the same abuse, nor would I beat up a knife as expensive as the SR1. The Ganzo G720 is a well built tool that offers many of the assets of the Lionsteel at a budget price. If you need a pry-bar, though; buy a pry-bar. The G720 is a great KNIFE. Use it as such and you'll be amazed.

What is the difference between F720 and G720?

I believe that the difference is almost none. In one the logo in the blade is "Ganzo" and in the other is "Firebird". Probably the boxes are also different accordingly. But essentialy they are the same.

Are there any physical differences between this model and the f720 firebird? looks identical except for the logo on the blade. can anyone confirm?

Yup. I have the Ganzo and bought the Firebird for a friend. Save exact knife. Ganzo started transitioning production to the Firebird name and kept the same model numbers and knives; just changed the brand and added a few different models to the mix. Of the number is the same, the "F" or "G" up front doesn't make a difference. Great knife by the way!
