Nice meals
This is good flour it’s made eating meals at home enjoyable. Before buying this I normally buy store bread it takes longer to bake it and prep each time but is probably healthier without preservatives. This can be cooked in a slow cooker for a nice size bread bowl using 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoon yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar in 3/4 cup water. I use a different yeast than the kind included. This will also bake 3 burger or bread rolls for sandwiches. More recently I make pizza to cut back the amount I have to prepare. For a personal pizza the ratio is 1 teaspoon yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, in 1/2 cup water, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt. I find it easier to fold the ingredients with a heat resistant spatula. This will sit at room temperature for 2 hours to rise. Scoop out 1/8 cup flour Then sprinkle the top of the dough so less sticks to your fingers and gently pat until it’s dry. This is because it’s really moist dough but it’s so good you won’t need butter with it. Also maybe try using puréed sauerkraut instead of cheese, it can be flavored with dry powder cheese if you’re like me regular cheese can make your stomach hurt. I use a turntable oven to bake this but the setting is from the bottom for 1 hour at about 250 degrees. Be sure to oil the pan and use the spatula at 40 minutes so the bottom of the dough doesn’t stick

very good flour, love it!
I took a leap of faith ordering this product because I could not find bread flour at my local stores. The shipment arrived fast and well packaged. The price is more expensive than the store brands, but still not as expensive as other small mills online. I have only used it for making Neapolitan pizzas so far, the dough was easy to work with and rose well, the result was a crust that has pillow-y interior (like a good artisan bread) and crispy crust outside but not so hard that would hurt our jaws chewing. Will use this flour for other baked goods that require bread flour, and will use this product for pizzas from now on even when store brands are available again.

Fancier than my usual bread flour, but works great
It has been extremely difficult to buy bread flour recently. For a while I thought I would have to make do with all-purpose flour (still available to me locally) + vital wheat gluten (bought on Amazon a while back) -- until I saw this product. It's about triple the price I used to pay (pre-pandemic) for bread flour at the supermarket, but it was the best price I could find for bread flour that was actually in stock now.I was a little concerned upon reading in the product description "less gluten", as I'd always thought that a high amount of protein in the flour was what helped make a flour good for baking bread. Would this work in my bread machine, or was it just intended for artisan hand-kneaded or "no-knead" breads as the label seemed to imply?On Sunday morning, I put on a loaf of my usual "go-to" white bread recipe (the "Portuguese White Bread" from Donna German's "Bread Machine Cookbook") in my bread machine, using this new flour, making no alterations to the recipe instructions. 3 1/2 hours later, I had a "dome-thumper" loaf of bread, which had just the right interior texture and was delicious with Sunday dinner. (I may want to cut back on the yeast with this recipe by a 1/4 tsp. while using this flour!)I don't know if I'll buy this flour consistently once my usual bread flours are available again, but I loved how this performed, and have no concerns at all about using the rest of this bag on other loaves of bread.

Wonderful Flour for Bread Machine and Great Customer Service
Excellent flour for making bread using a bread machine. Using a simple white bread recipe, my bread came out light and fluffy with a very nice crust which was exactly what I was looking for. Flour was very fresh and the expiration date still had a year left too so no worries about getting expired flour. Also, due to COVID19, my shipment was delayed. Sent a message to the seller and he replied back immediately with good information as well. Very satisfied with seller and the bread flour. Great experience all around!

this four makes good bread
this is a good product it make the bread rise very nicely and creates beautiful golden loaves.I have an issues with the way the flour is shipped, the last bag i received was broken open is the shipping box so i had to throw it in the compost bin, i contacted the seller on amazone and asked for a replacement, so far no response....

Just what the baker ordered!
Like many now working from home and spending a lot more time indoors, the pandemic pushed me to take up sourdough baking. I’ve baked some great loaves using store-bought bread flour by King Arthur and other widely available brands, but after much trial and error, I still never quite achieved a truly magnificent oven spring...until I switched to Honeyville’s bread flour.At first I thought it was the added protein content, but it seems both King Arthur and Honeyville fall somewhere between 12% and 12.7%. That said, my shaping technique has improved but not much else in my method or recipe has changed.I wish I knew why this flour rises better, but like so much in sourdough baking, my results are kind of a mystery.If you’re a passionate baker and are looking to add strength to your dough, this flour is definitely worth the splurge. The photos speak for themselves.

Made great pizza!
Really happy with this bread flour! It made really great pizza dough(I used Adam Ragusea's New York Style pizza recipe and fermented the dough in the fridge for 3-7 days, it made four dough balls and I made pizza throughout the week) and I'm looking forward to using it more. Love supporting a local bakery as well!

Nice quality flour
First time making a bread by using this bread flour and it turned really well. Because it’s easy to work with, I start making bread very often. It tastes good. Even though the price is like double to other brands, I already ordered my second package and can’t wait for its arrival.
