High Quality Jack!
This jack operates very smoothly and has an amazing range of lift. While the price is higher than the (get you by) average trailer jack, it is well worth it. The drill attachment and the removable handle work well, being very quick to operate. I bought a mesh bag to put the drill attachment and the removable handle in. I store it inside my enclosed car hauler. With this being all removable, it adds another level of security to my trailer.

You Know Jack!
Purchased this jack for a replacement on a 16 ft tandem axel utility trailer. The original got very stiff and finally gave out. So I wanted a powered jack but had concerns about reliability. This jack was the best of everything! It is heavy duty and rated for 5000lbs and has a grease fitting to keep it lubed for smooth operation. The frosting on the cake was the feature that uses a socket attached to a drill motor to jack up and down and a detachable handle for field use or back up. The form fit and function on this jack are first rate and well constructed. I especially like the heavy duty crinkle painted surface makes the jack look great as well as work great! I cut the old tube off and retained the welded base for a reinforcing plate and upgraded the hardware to grade 8 fasteners and lock nuts. I then tacked three spots to make sure it wasn't coming loose (way overkill). When in doubt go big and bring a 20v DeWalt drill with you!

Second time I've tried ordering this..going for #3
The first one I ordered last about 5-6 times of jacking up my 22' bay boat, then the jack stripped the gear (I guess) inside and would no longer work at all. The post on the jack just spins. I think I got a lemon, so I'm going for #3. It does seem like a quality built jack.I ordered this as a return for the first one, and it arrived obviously used. The seal around the lifting ram on the jack was broken and missing a section, the jack had been previously installed, and the piece bags were all ripped open and parts strewn around the box. The worst part is that it was KNOWN by whomever shipped it--because the previous owners shipping labels were taped over all over the front of the box.C'mon Amazon, or trailer valet...do better.

Very nice jack
My original crank tongue jack (16 years old) was starting to stick some when cranked and getting harder to crank. This one has the feature where you can remove handle and use a drill attachment. I could not see paying $80+ dollars more for the electric jack for the limited use it gets. Simple is always better. Only issue I had was the body of this one was slightly bigger than the hole. After about 20 minutes of filing the hole with a rat tale file it slid right in. It has a heavy paint on it almost like a bed liner. That may have been the fitment issue. Anyway the existing holes lined up perfectly and it bolted right in. I’ve only played with it in the yard so far but it looks and works great. I recommend it.

A++ units, very happy with the quality and functionality of this trailer jack
We are using this unit on a 16 foot inclosed trailer, works great as it should, smooth functionality, easy to use and easy to install. Great bang for you buck!

Great product, slow shipping
This is in a way more convenient than the electrical tongue jacks. I had issues with my previous jack that it was in the way of opening my tailgate all the way, but this one a a little lower, and I’ve added a small pad to the flat spot on the top of the jack for my tailgate to rest on while it’s about 90% open, which is still enough to access things without rolling back the bed cover. The drill raises and lowers the foot incredibly fast at high gear, much faster than the electric jacks. I tend to use the hand crank once there’s a significant load on it just to save my drill motor and it’s still fast. Install is 3 bolts so it doesn’t get much easier than that. I also like the added security that when the handle is removed it just makes it that much less convenient for a theif to want to steal the trailer. Now the negative and why it didn’t get 5 stars has nothing to do with the product. It arrived a week late with no updates or explanations. Amazon has been struggling with on time orders lately so I can’t say it’s a product-specific issue, but I will say if you have time to wait for a disorganized and late delivery, the product is very much worth the wait.

Great pruduct
Great product... only problem I've had is I have to use my most powerful drill I have. (which I don't think that's all bad. Makes it harder for most people to use it or steal it.) but mind you I do have a tongue weight of 1900 pounds. I love mine. I'm actually gonna set mine up to work on my impact and I probably have more power that way.

Nice to have a new smooth jack.
I bought this particular jack for the obvious reasons. The drill option is a nice-to-have and does indeed work very well on the tongue of my loaded cargo trailer but...Manual cranking with the included handle is very smooth and seems to require less than half the effort to crank than the old & tired 2k jack it replaced; perfect gear ratio! The handle to hand interface material is a cushioned rubber and is comfortable to use. My palm and elbow really appreciate the gear ratio on this thing. It installed perfectly on my cargo trailer. Hooked up to my pickup truck I can still drop the tailgate 90% of the way with my particular hitch. I think its a 3" drop. The top of my tailgate has a plastic Bushwacker-branded trim along the entire width of the gate. That is what rests on the flat stainless steel plate on the top of the jack. It all works very well. The grease zirt was a very nice feature. It will make maintenance on the jack as easy as it can be.The jack is a bit pricier but those monies were obviously put into the quality of parts used in manufacturing this jack.I hope it lasts the life of the trailer. Its a handsome piece of equipment. The only con is that the applied sticker was already peeling off the body of the jack when I opened the package. Insteading of losing it in the wind traveling down the road I removed it the rest of the way and applied it to a tool cabinet in my garage. So, if the company that manufacturers the jack would like the advice: use a better method to apply your branding to the jack. Parked at various locations I'm sure the jack will attract a few lookers.
