So full disclose - I am German born so likely partial to German-made products. OK, but I'd never buy a Mercedes or BMW as I am not fond of their steep maintenance expense. That being said, if you simply use some practical cleaning common sense this is a low maintenance product and works well for self-pedicures. I asked for it last year as a Christmas wish as my German-made beginners set given to me in my pre-teens (I am not nearing 70) just gave out in terms of performance (sharpness) and the moveable components that gives your trimmers the pressure/spring.

Very well crafted .Hi quality , extremely sharp .Best part is the cover that protects the cutters in case you drop them on floor . The tips are sharpened to a preciously ground point and if you drop them on floor you will possible bend the tips . The snap on case solves this issue . I have owned several different pairs of these and I find this brand to be very hi quality ,.Worth the money

SUPER sharp and great cutting surface

I am in love with my tool. I use it since 2021. It still didn't get dull, precise cutting and just pleasure to use. Unfortunately, the springs broke after 1.5 years of use , which is ok. I contacted seller to see if there is any warranty. They replied withing 12 hrs or less. And sent me the replacement part. Now I can use my tool again.

I like to work with it to keep my nails clean and nice , But this is the second one that I’ve bought in past few years, and it just now broke again.

I see all 5 star reviews which is interesting since mine completely broke after having them a few months and hardly using them. I have many other nippers so I used these a few times and also they were VERY hard to squeeze while using- - and I don't have arthritis or anything that would impact my use of them, but my hand was very sore after. And after using a few times- no more than 5, one of the inner springs (the two pieces that click together in the center) snapped off and flew across the room. It flew off as if it was made of soft tin. Ridiculous. I passed the return date and hate returning things, such a waste of time and now money.

Tension bars break constantly. Yes there is a warranty but it becomes annoying to replace

These nippers are great, they're very sharp and do the job well

The clippers have a nice finish,but unfortunately they are not sharp enough,i have bought 2 based on previous reviews. I have bought others way cheaper and better,no point to buy them and try to sharpen them straight away
