This is the perfect spice for everything from eggs to soups to meat. Virtually anything. I've used it for years and it's still my go-to spice. This box fills TWO regular size bottles of Spike, so it's cost effective to buy this instead of a new bottle each time, and continue to refill my original bottle. There is also a salt-free version, this one does provide a good amount of salty flavor.

From a small child I have grown up on the heavenly flavor of spike. In the many years it has never changed and is still the same amazing flavor! This is the spice you always wanted and didn't realize you needed it! Please try it if you're curious. You can use it as a flavor enhancer, add some strength and dept of flavor to your soups and stews or my all time favorite thing...on tip of a baked potato!

Spike is great seasoning for homemade chicken soup.

I really like the taste of this blend on many different foods; great on eggs, roasted vegetables, mixed in breadcrumbs for chicken, or in marinades. I was initially surprised by the saltiness, (should have expected that since salt is the first ingredient), so I just don’t add any additional salt when I’m using it. It really takes food to another level in my opinion. I believe there is a no-salt version, I may go with that next time, but honestly, I usually don’t salt foods enough, so this kind of helps me get better flavor when cooking as it has an appropriate amount for most tastes, ( I am not a salt lover so sometimes my food is on the more bland side and this is a great ‘corrective’ for me!)
