This journal is a beautiful little book. The beginning collects the helpful habits reminders and manifestos from the book Better Than Before. Each week has ample space to journal your thoughts and a checklist for you to track your achievements day by day, but not so much space to write that you feel obligated to fill pages and pages. It feels manageable. Each week begins with a paragraph for you to contemplate how you approach your habit development. The colors are very soothing and it is the perfect size to carry with you.If you enjoyed Better Than Before and felt overwhelmed about tracking your habits or setting up a "system", you will be happy with this journal.

Loved Better Than Before and I have a bit of an obsession with journals that aren't simply blank; this is the best one yet! I wasn't sure what to expect but it came today and it is so nice! Beautiful hard cover, lots of organized information from the book (which I especially love for easy reference), weekly goals list with daily tally mark boxes, and lots of free space to journal and make notes! Really pleased!
