USA Pan Bakeware Nonstick Crown Muffin Pan, 12 Cup

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using silicone and end up with a soapy flavor and having to scrub afterwards as well. This tent is incredible. Used to cook egg muffins, which were done quickly and perfectly cooked through. They did not stick at all. Stainless steel is the cleanest I know of for baking and there is no Teflon so you don’t need to worry about cancer causing ingredients. Slightly more expensive than a typical muffin but well worth it. Glad I made this investment.

Our family's Banana Bread recipe came out perfectly cooked in our convection oven as the baking pan material and design promotes even, consistent heating. Not a single crumb stuck to the pan. In fact, the pan was so clean that it would be easy to mistake it as having been washed and dried. Rolled edges add strength and the heavy, fluted bottom and sides promote even cooking and quick release. Lifetime Warranty. Highly-recommended!

Like most other people, my experience with this pan was fantastic. Muffins came out SO easily. Pan is sturdy and will not warp or bend like some others I've had. I looked up the manufacturer's recommended highest temperature and it is 450 degrees. Some muffin recipes recommend that you bake muffins at 425 for the first 5 minutes of cooking time to get a nice, high muffin. So, the highest temperature is fairly close to that. If you have reason to believe that your oven runs hot, you might want to keep the temp at 400 or less.If I were to buy a muffin pan again, I would get this brand, but a regular tin instead of the Muffin Crown. It creates a wobbly muffin because the bottom is sort of like the bottom of an ice cream cone with most of the batter going into the top of the muffin. I think the regular pan would be sufficient for nice muffins without the Crown tops.

This pan is well made, easy to clean, and sturdy. I would have given it 5 stars but the shape of the cups is narrow at the bottom and standard cupcake liners don't fit. So far, it's easy to clean but would be easier if I could use it with liners.

Just received my 12 well crown muffin pan and decided to do a test bake using the recipe for Cinnamon Apple Crumb Muffins found on the back of the sleeve. I'm wondering if there is a mistake in the recipe as it doesn't call for any liquid (just 1/3 cup melted butter and 1 egg).The directions say to "stir until the flour is moistened". Well I could have stirred until the cows came home and all the flour never would have been incorporated and I hate to think of how tough all that stirring would have made the muffins.So I added enough milk to make the batter more of a typical muffin consistency, added the crumb topping and popped them into the oven.Checked them at 18 minutes and they were still pretty raw. At 23 minutes they were done to perfection.I let them cool for five minutes in the pan before removing them to finish cooling on a rack.Wow - I'm impressed! They released so easily and the pan washed up like a dream. I didn't grease the pan or use paper liners ( my paper liners seemed to big for the wells) and I've always used liners.The pan is pricey for my taste and budget but I think it is worth the splurge if the performance continues to live up to it's first run.

I bought this cake pan for my sister and brother-in-law, who are avid cooks/bakers. Each time they use the pan, they tell me what a difference there is between the quality of the pans they used to buy and the pans from USA. They wanted to replace their old pans with pans that were made in the USA. They were surprised that the pans actually made a difference in the end product. They're well made and more substantial than any other pans they've used, which equates to even heat. Yes, you can find pans that are a little less expensive, but they pale by comparison to these pans. Regardless of the amount of baking or cooking you do, you'll be glad you bought a pan from USA.

I LOVE this muffin pan. I never need to use cupcake liners anymore and it needs very little cleanup afterwards! It creates muffins with perfect muffin tops. It's a slightly different shape than typical muffin/cupcake pans, but the results are worth it. I use baking spray (like Pam) and the muffins come out with no sticking. I can highly recommend.

So far this pan has been excellent for making muffins, I've used it about 5 times in the short time we've had it. I love the shape of these big top muffins, it makes the best part of the muffin (the top) the biggest part! It's very non-stick as well, just a light coating does the trick so you're not losing part of the muffin to the pan. Fairly easy to clean if you attack quickly and don't let the little crumbs dry out. Make sure to read the instructions, it's not dishwasher safe (probably because of the non-stick coating). Worth it 100%.

Utilise qu'une fois depuis réception car livraison très retardé peut-être imputable aux fêtes et grèves ...J'ai fait mes yorkshire puddings dedans et c'était impeccable ! Rien restait attaché. On verra sur la durée. En tout cas l'aspect du multi moule est très beau, c'est du solide, bien lourd pas un truc glingling léger. Ça vaut mieux vu le prix.Très contente de mon achat.

This is my third pan by this company. I really love it. It’s a heavy, well made pan that doesn’t require greasing or muffin liners and my muffins do not stick in this. They pop right out. Clean up is also a breeze as I just wipe the pan with a slightly damp paper towel. I will likely get a second one so that I can make two dozen muffins in one go. This pan seems a bit pricey at first, but will last for many years. I am in the process of replacing all my pans with USA Pans.

Easy to clean.Muffins do not stick - let them cool down completely - slowlt give them a twist - your breaking the muffin away from the pan - and pull out. Simple.These pans are tough feeling, like they are going to still be around when my grandkids grow up.I like this pan enough that I actually bought a second one.

Non stick, durable. Was more expensive than other muffin pans but this one is worth the money. Can’t wait to buy different pans from this brand!
