I didn't realize how weak I was until I got these. HaHa. They are great though. I got these to assist with my shoulder replacement surgery, and they are great for some added resistance and strength training. Made well. Nice handle feel. Even a pretty color. They felt like real weights for some of the exercises I did. Added some great resistance for others. They float well, not getting waterlogged or warped. They are perfect for an easy or strenuous workout, depending on what moves you make. Overall, I am happy with their form and functionality.

Good for water exercise. Good quality. I think they will last forever if not abused. I wish they had come with suggested instructions but really I can think of ways to use them, not a big deal. Good choice of colors. I got the light blue and it is a soft color blending in with the pool water. I like them and recommend.

Even with the sun shining on them all day in the chlorinated pool they do not deteriorate. Exercising your arms is the way to go!

Love these for pool workouts but they don’t hold up too well. My husb has had to glue/caulk where the foam circles meet the handles. I’ve had great workouts with them, and will buy again, just knowing they won’t last for years!

These weights are great for using in the pool. If you keep your arms & hands under the water, it is easier to use them.

Simple to use and as pictured. Packaging could be better as they were shipped in a plastic bag with no protection but they were luckily fine. They work great for hydrotherapy.
