Leaks - company not helpful
Closer was purchased 13 months ago and installed 12 months ago. We are mopping up oil daily and it is a hazard and has damaged the carpet. We contacted the manufacturer and they said replace it if it is leaking but offered no assistance. We will not be replacing with this brand.

Got this to replace a different brand that was no longer available and this one looked like it had the identical pattern of screw holes to go on the metal door. It did fit perfectly so did not have to drill new holes. That made installation much easier and cosmetic. It was not hard to install or adjust and closes the heavy door just right, no slamming and latches tight. Hope it outlasts the 12 years the last closer lasted.
