Simple Flavor Women's Floral Vintage Dress Elegant Midi Evening Dress 3/4 Sleeves

Classic Elegance is the only thing I can think of to describe this dress! The emerald green color is deep and rich. The material quality in look feel and weight. It was perfect for wear on Easter Sunday and the temperature was almost 80 degrees. The side pockets are perfection. I dreaded ironing it as it came vacuum sealed but it wasn’t difficult at all to iron the wrinkles out. The comfort was refreshing because the fabric has a slight give and while I could have ordered an XL instead of the XXL I was still very happy with my purchase. I received so many compliments on this dress! I am reordering another one for Mother’s Day.

I've got 3 different pattern dresses now, I am resisting the temptation to get a 4th and a 5th dress! Hoping to get a discount in shipping or something. These dresses are a perfect fit for me. One dress does an extreme makeover in a land where most women dress super casual and sporty on a daily basis, and I am a little oversized as an half-European compared to most Asians here in Macau. And I love the fact that I don't get sweat marks, love the type of fabric. Some nice shoes and a clutch and I'm good to go. I love this!!

I bought the navy one with red flowers and the print looked like the picture. Material was on the thick side so I can see this dress being not breathable in summer. It fit ok but it made me look bigger than I am. The skirt of the dress is “poufy”. It seems better suited for a pear shaped person.

This dress is absolutely beautiful! It looks like it was bought from a boutique store. So well made and the material does not look cheap. It is a great price. I have paid over a hundred dollars for a dress that is not like the quality of this one. The colors are so pretty. Not loud or too subdued. Love it, love it, love it!!! And, it fits perfectly.

The dress fit perfectly; it wasn’t too long, neither was it too short. It fit just right!! I’m an adjutant/armor bearer, and it looks very similar to one of the garments I have to wear. Therefore, I can wear this in the spring and summer. Oh yeah, and I LOVE a dress with a POCKETS!!!!!

So rare, I cannot recall the last time I had such an experience.We’re getting awfully close with this one.AND it’s from Amazon at a low price? Stop.Quick facts about author:Demographic- 40’sBody type- Apple (all bust and belly)Dimensions- Height 5’2 (157cm) Weight 200 (90kg)Fabric: Not too bad. Not too bad at all.Now, I haven’t field tested this dress. Only a try on. No washing experience…Material and seams aren’t a sensory nightmare.The material is synthetic feeling but not bothersome (hot humid might be a problem- when isn’t it?).Stretchy material gives “freedom with structure” vibes. We shall see. You know how things can get floppy. I would be surprised if that was the case here but maybe.Weight is medium.Swingy not clingy.Twirl 8.5/10.Silhouette:Fit and flare adds “shape” to the “shapeless”.The shoulder has personality that brings balance.The neckline is Goldilocks sweet- not too high or low, not too wide or tight.Waist is defined and the skirt flows out beautifully.For my body everything lines up right.Reception:Mirror told me I was the fairest of them all.Husband said I looked like a Mennonite.I thought he’d go more mid-century retro housewife, but I get it.*Modest fashion approved!*Last notes:• Pockets are indeed present and adequate.• I slipped it on over my head with no need to fuss about the zipper.• What would I get altered? The sleeve openings and possibly the length. I am debating.My forearms aren’t particularly robust compared to other bits. These sleeves are generous below the elbow.As mentioned in my “about me” section above, I’m 5’2. The dress lands about mid-calf. I could see taking it up to just below the knee.Important disclosure:The color and pattern might have me hypnotized.Is dark navy with reddish-pink pattern the real star here?Would this dress in a solid light color be nearly as magical?I suspect it would not.If money and time were of no consideration I could try on other patterns and let you know with more certainty.Gut instinct tells me this particular pattern is “it”.Hence my selection.To each their own!For me, the color/print combo were the most put-together and flattering. I loved the fit and look of this dress, however, I’ve only had it a little over a month. I’ve worn it about once a week and it is already wearing in the center of the dress. The elastic in the material is fraying or something, creating a haze of what looks like lint, but is actually elastic fibers. I carry my youngest child around sometimes and that seems to be why it is wearing only there in the center. I cannot get it off with a lint roller. Disappointed to say the least.

I absolutely love this dress- a little work getting it ironed but was perfect for my Easter Sunday. Usually I buy medium , wasn’t sure of the fit so I took large- medium would have been super perfect. A real classy looking dress.
