Was actually looking for skinned almound flour. But what we received were the one with skin. So the end result was not as expected.I would suggest you to mention the description so customer knows what they are buying.

Not suited for baking.
The flour had its peel ground with the almond. The texture was round and was not ground smoothly. Was difficult to regrind it further and clumps got stuck at the bottom of the food processor. Not suited for baking esp macarons. Dont buy it if you are looking for fine almond flour.
