I got this for a fun Christmas gift. It’s sitting in my hall closest because it’s useless. I can’t even send it back for a refund because it won’t collapse back down. Did not open like the pictures/video show and had to finagle the pin. Would love to send it back for a refund but I can’t get back into its original shape so I have a cheap, smaller than advertised baton in my hall closet. Once day it will make its way to the trash.

Its fun to use. It looks like magic when it pops out. (Watch the tutorial videos). Its made of metal so be careful! I shaved off a few millimeters of skin more than once. Hehe. Practice makes perfect. (My kids are afraid to touch it lol)

It’s cool but not very sturdy.

Absolute rubbish, 1 star is the lowest I could give, I’d go lower if I could. Gave in to a request from my 14yo and despite trying to carefully open it, it almost gutted his 9year old brother standing behind it as it sprung open in a split second, unable to control the unnecessarily sharp metal that is only good for throwing in your trash can right after it’s sliced clothing or hands and you immediately regret the wasteful spend and harm you’re doing on the environment by tossing in the trash like there’s not enough of that done already. Sigh. I don’t care how careful you are with this, there’s no way you get your money’s worth and no way it lasts more than a try or two, and if you come out unscathed, still, less than 2 stars.

The media could not be loaded.  I dislike that it was made out of such flimsy material and that you couldn't defend yourself from a dog what is this. Is this a toy because it's not worth the money I put into this and at the same time going through all the trouble to get a sticker and send it back is even more stressful this is not a weapon it wouldn't stand the test of one fight and it would not hurt the man coming after you if I was coming after you this would bounce off of me it has no physical weight it is very light it's pretty and cool and it can extend like nothing but not to defend you maybe you could throw a little round as a part of a a play or something maybe you could use it as a prop but you can't defend yourself in Warfare with this or in any other situation where your life depends on it

It seems that many buyers are ill-informed about this product. Apparently it was popular on TikTok, but I bought this before knowing that. Caution is needed when purchasing this product, but it is a good product.Cautions:- THIS IS NOT A KIDS TOY! I repeat... THIS IS NOT FOR KIDS. DO NOT buy this for your kid if they are... say... under 16 or 17 year old.- THIS IS NOT A WEAPON. It will not work as a weapon nor a good walking staff.- THIS CAN BE A DANGEROUS PRODUCT. It is made of thin metal which can cut you if you are not careful. It can be accidentally opened randomly or after falling to the ground, causing it fly across a room. It can cause serious injuries to sensitive areas such as eyes and mouth.Advice:- Read ALL info carefully, including reviews and watch the videos on here and on YouTube before using this product.- Although it is NOT a weapon, treat is as such. Do not leave it around children or pets. DO NOT let either end point towards anyone.- When not in use, put it back in the plastic bag and back into the box it came with or any other secure containment.- Wear gloves to reduce danger. I bought some finger-less yoga gloves with pads on the palm.- USE CAUTION when closing it. Be careful of the metal edges. Point the top down and grab the bottom with your right hand. With your left hand slowly twist counter-clockwise as you slowly push down. Sometimes it will coil in an odd shape. Just press them down to straighten it. It may unravel exposing the sharp edges of the metal. You can fix this by rolling it around until it corrects itself.- UNRAVELED METAL. I've noticed in the reviews that people thought it was broken and just threw it out. Use the method above.- MAKE SURE you correctly secure the pin.OVERALL- Fun product in responsible hands.- Useful for magic tricks or just twirly it around and doing "tricks" with it.- The stickers can come off rather fast and I've read the same about the "paint."- It seems slightly expensive to me, but not overly expensive.- It can be annoying sometimes to close, but not a super big issue.- There could be a better design, but I guess they are doing there best with the money they have.

My son cut his thumb on this toy. It’s a cheaply made, spring loaded rod. it’s wrapped in a stiff foil that collapses into itself (spiral.) See pictures to see what the edges of this coil are like. My son, who is 15 and knows how to handle things like this, was cut badly when it sprung open and sliced/pinched his thumb. I should’ve thrown it out when I opened the Amazon envelope and it literally shot across my kitchen because it had come out of the box and the pressure from the spring released as soon as the end of the Amazon envelope was cut open. A disaster as a toy and a liability. It shouldn’t be sold. Thank God my son was up to date on his tetanus shot or it would’ve been even more fun. 🙄

Thank you!! This toy is incredibly cool and fun!! I have two boys, they are 10 and 14, and this brought so much excitement and entertainment!! However, when my 14 year old released it to grab it, it started to uncoil. Unfortunately, it sliced his index finger, pretty bad. This was not his first time playing with it and is very aware of the accidents that can happen. It’s been three day since the incident and still has a long healing process. He may have needed stitches but the way it’s cut convinced me that they would probably just glue it. My son informed that he will continue to play with it, but thinks perhaps a glove should come with it, I know it’s recommended, but more people would use it if it came with it and there would be less accidents. No part of this is to steer away a purchase, just simply making others aware that the material it’s made of, can be dangerous. Again, it’s an incredibly cool gadget! Just please wear a glove and be safe!!

Got it for my son....I put it away...to dangerous...I cut my hand on it..

This should not be marketed towards kids! First it is poor quality, once it is used the first time it is impossible to get back together. My daughter (11 yrs old) was in tears, she saved up her own money for it! Secondly it's metal! The edges are sharp! Both my daughter and my son (14 yrs old) cut themselves multiple times trying to get it to go back together! This is a horrible product!!

Like: A fairly good gadget toy. Dislike: It is not a high grade weapon gadget. I use this for training and protection on people/myself.

Great product and price, I wish there were mini versions of this and different colors
