ITEM SHIPPED NOT FIVE SIDED COVER AS ADVERTISED
product received not as advertised...not a five sidedcover as paid for. IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH CUSTOMERSERVICE AT PURE CARE HOME PRODUCTS...CUT OFF AFTER VERY LONG WAITS. POOR RESPONSE!

Noisy and Slippery
This might be a quality product, but it makes a slight crinkly sound on occasion and my sheets slide around on it and form folds instead of laying flat as before.

This protector ruined my washer!
This mattress protector is waterproof. The fitted corners filled up like huge water balloons and threw my washer way out of whack. It dented the washer bounching(jumping around) with all the weight. Like 4 bowling balls in my washer!

Disappointed.
The cover material is fine and just what I expected. However, the zipper is very lightweight and it does not fully unzip. I thought I was purchasing a full zip cover. This one only opens on one end which makes application and removal difficult, especially on a King or Queen mattress. Had I realized it did not come with a full zipper where I can zip off just the top for washing, I wouldn’t have purchased.
