Customer service was spot on.
I received these dishes and love them, however two of the small plates were chipped along the outside edges. I contacted the seller and in less than 24hrs, I have replacements on the way. I’m very pleased with this process and how they handled it and love the dishes.

Havenwood Dinnerware! LOVE!
This set is absolutely perfect in my book!! An air of magic and witchiness and beautiful robin's egg blue!! Lovely detail and not too heavy; not too light. Just love it!!!!!
