These longer cinnamon sticks were perfect to attach to homemade drink gift gifts at Christmas. I enjoyed using them in my own tea and even my coffee. I could use them more than once and they were still full of flavor.

When I couldn't fine my regular brand I bought this one. I use the sticks in brewing tea. This has a stronger sweet cinnamon flavor. Holds up through 2 1.5 liters of tea. Nice thick fragrant sticks, no weak broken units.

I Gave it 4.2 stars because personally I prefer a glass container which is far easier to recycle of repurpose and it isn't my favorite Ceylon. However, this Vietnamese cinnamon actually works exceptionally well for using to infuse cinnamon flavor in my home brewed wines and meads. It has a strong, robust flavor profile. It is also great for adding to chai lattes and other drinks requiring the addition of cinnamon or specifically a stick.

These cinnamon sticks work great for spiced cider or adding when brewing friendship tea. They can also be grated in a spice or coffee grinder if you want freshly ground cinnamon for your recipes. They are around 3" to 3.5" long and have the classic cinnamon stick curl. There are quite a few in the container, and the container keeps them fresh. I feel I got my money's worth! If you are a cinnamon lover, this is a must have for your pantry!
