I’ve never been interested in trying a boyshort style but’ve gotten fed up with spending a bunch of money on underwear that climbs up where it’s not supposed to. I Googled what underpants had the best ratings for stay ability and being unnoticeable and these had great ratings and decided to try. I’m 5’3”, 133lbs with more butt than boobs and got them in small; fits like a dream. They’re also discrete and not flagrantly noticeable under clothing - a win/win for me! I’m buying more.

Love my Hanky Panky boy shorts in lace. They last forever, colors hold if hand washed. Comfortable to wear and nice to look at.Lots of stretch so easy to put on but do not get baggy. Good coverage if full fanny. Hit at a flattering place at top: covers pouch or scars and bottom: full cheek coverage.I originally bought large and they are very generously sized and might fit an 8/9 panty size.I have replaced them with M (40" hips) and like them a little loose (don't ride up!!).If you are very slender or thin/athletic you might size down.Great for travel-dry out quickly if you roll in towel and squeeze; only a couple of colors needed because you can hand wash easily.They are comfy and low enough with tight mid-rise jeans. I don't wear them under skin-tight workout/yoga/ running pants like Lucy or Lole' because they show.They are flattering and forgiving: no muffin top or legs that dig into hip/thigh.Update review: 11/22/2015: Baggy and color fading.They stretch out with time despite hand washing. They are at least 2 sizes larger and are no longer functional under some pants and jeans- it's impossible to cram them back into place.The lace trim color at the top and around legs changed color in both the navy and black. It's not that noticeable.I love the lace boy short but the  Hanky Panky Women's Organic Cotton Boyshort w/ LaceBlack Boy Shorts SM  holds up much better.

They are so comfortable

These look amazing and are very comfortable (per my wife). They're a bit expensive but are made in America, so it seems worth it. Her last pair came with a big hole in it where the tag was sewn on. Not wanting to waste resources sending it back, she just repaired it herself, but just a bummer. QC might not be up to par.

Love hanky Panky... literally the only thong I will wear for the past 15 years. So I decided to give these a try and they are so worth the money! Quality is unmatched, they feel great, super flattering and just pretty. I have hanky panky underwear that is 10+ years old and they are in perfect condition. So while they are pricey they last! Consider sizing down. I am 5’7” 148lb size 28-30 in jeans with an athletic build and bigger hips (I CrossFit) I ordered Sm and they feel comfy but sag so I order an XS and they are PERFECT.

Very cute and comfortable but I bought them to test whether they had a VPL. Unfortunately VPL for me, the edge has a thicker band of lace, my search for continues!
