SwaddleDesigns Baby Lovie, Small Security Blanket, Jewel Tone Puff Circles with Satin Trim, Pink , 14x14 inches

This very blanket has served our son through the very worst tantrums and earth-shattering meltdowns. It has soothed him in ways neither I, nor my spouse, could ever match. We have never had to worry about suffocation or strangulation in the crib due to it's small size compared to other blankets. On one side of the blanket you have a soft plush fabric that is as close to butterfly kisses and angel wings as you'll ever get. On the other side you have a cool silky fabric that is as smooth like a baby's bottom. Our son loves to wear his "binki" (as we call it) on his head. Which is actually how we got him to take his very first steps- by taunting him with this very blanket and thus coercing him to walk towards us. Needless to say, if it weren't for this blanket we would have an extremely emotional and immobile toddler on our hands. Although I will say that over the 2yrs we have had this blanket we have actually went through several (and then some). However, this does not reflect on SwaddleDesigns but on our very forgetful child. Bottom line- this is not a purchase you will regret. Or maybe you will, if end up buying so many like we have. But most likely not.

Better buy in multiples! Soft, safe, comforting and washable! If I could add stars I would. My grand baby loves her blanket. It’s safe for infants and up. It’s trimmed in soft satin and is so so soft to the touch. This is truly a Linus blanket. My grand baby ( now 14 months) snuggles with her blanket (s) and is almost never without it. She now has all of the colors and doubles of some of them. I keep a spare at my house in case of emergency!! Lol You MUST have backups in order to wash them. She sleeps with two, sits on her comfy chair with one, and at times gathers all of them (5) and brings them to wherever she is playing. All kidding aside, it’s a great gift for any baby.

My daughter has two of these blankies and four more similar to them. She uses three of them and has three as a back up in case they get lost. She loves them! The edges are silky and she’s always rubbing her fingers on them. She can’t go without these! ❤️

This is a great deal for a baby security blanket. The front is very soft and the satin is what you'd expect it to feel like. I saw the other review that said it feels rough. I completely disagreed until I felt a friend's blankie and the satin was WAY softer. I guess if you're used to that super soft satin, you might be disappointed with this one. However, this satin is still really soft. It isn't rough, it just isn't as soft as others. It's slightly larger than a washcloth, at 14" square, but still bigger than some of the others on the market that are more expensive. I'm happy with my purchase. It's well-made, comes nicely packaged, and it's really pretty. My baby likes it, but she hasn't taken to it yet, so we'll see. I would definitely order from SwaddleDesigns again. I really like the quality and the color combinations, as well as the great prices.

We were used to 'thinner' material. This one was thick - almost like a washcloth (but softer). User preference obviously, but just an FYI. Still enjoyed cuddling with it. Did not become the favorite.

Love it all

This is the 17th, 18th, and 19th Baby Lovie pink blanket I have purchased in just less than two years. Always buy the exact same make and model. Our granddaughter is "addicted" to this thing and all grandparents, & mom and dad have to have one in the car at all times besides having an "upstairs" nite nite and a downstairs nite nite. As they are washed, they do lose their fluffiness and start looking drab. The child is no dummy. She knows a nice new soft one from one that has been laundered a bit . So I'm constantly tossing out the old and opening a new one. This shipment's nite nites are different. The satin is a darker pink as well as the blanket itself. I'm afraid when she sees this, it's going to be a war. I can't find the seller's name or contact info on this listing, but If I could, I would send these back or at least ask if they sent me wrong nite nites or if the manufacturer changed them, in which case, I wish I would have been warned in advance. Not happy with these three..... ;((((

As a household we must have 15 + of these. Both my children (now 10 and 8) love them and have had them since they were babies. Before amazon stocked them I used to buy direct from America! I’ve not seen any other blankies that compare to these in quality and feel. They are small but that works for me as they were easy for little hands to carry when they were younger. Couldn’t recommend these highly enough!

Couldn't find the Silkies that went originally with my babies slumber bearA little more expensive than my previous ones as they were only £10 for two bit these are slightly bigger and very nice quality

Wow what a lovely replacement blanket as we lost my babies ugg blanket with silk edges. This is a favourite thing for my baby when she goes to sleep.

Purchased as lost the first one then found it again but brilliant small and cuddly doesn't stay as fluffy but to be expected when washing frequently
