Is this letter extendable for up to 28 feet long or is it just one length and that’s the way it is?

How does it stand up to weather? Would rain damage it? Could a person leave it outside for an extended period of time?

The crews that own one do leave it out exposed to weather all year . If it was mine I would not leave it out. so it would last for a long time , It has a Honda motor and cranks very easy.
