Fabulous.
Absolutely beautiful pen. Writes extremely smoothly, very easy to hold, and the ink flows freely. Superb quality pen and terrific value for money. This pen is a pleasure to write with and looks extremely classy. And if you require advice on your purchase customer service is first class. Highly recommended.

Excellent pen and great customer service!
I bought the pen just over 2 years ago and the clip broke so i thought i would just see if it was replacable under warranty not expecting much as the fault could arguably be considered a wear and tear issue. I had an immediate response from Catherine at Schriver and was so pleased to find out they would replace the pen even though it was after warranty had expired. Quick communication and excellent customer service. The pen is also a brilliant product which I have been incredibly happy with for the years I've had it - it looks professional comes in a quality box, writes beautifully, is not hugely expensive and is perfect weight. I have even bought another as a birthday gift. And easy 5 stars from me - Very happy customer!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Bought as an 18th birthday gift for my daughter, the colour is stunning and the quaility looks really good. She has not used it as yet as her birthday is still to come on the 18th, but I received great support from Dan in registering the pen for extended warranty as well as the correct link for refills as i had bought the wrong refill. Excellent service and prompt responses.

Really impressed with this pen, it looks sleek, has a good weight to it and always gets asked about when I use it at work. I did have a minor issue with the logo at the top coming loose and falling off, but I contacted customer care via their website and was helped immediately. Sonny handled everything brilliantly: fast, polite, and professional. Couldn’t ask for better service!
