I never had any problem and may be i had one jam in hundreds , and that too probably not paying attention to put it correctly in the paper tray. Have used this close to hundreds of times. I agree that once you print the one half and remove the label i.e use it , that half will roll a little bit but this does not cause any issue in printing the other half because the unprinted half still stays straight and flat and you feed the unprinted half first to the paper tray when trying to print it. As the unprinted half still stays straight and flat ( even though you have removed the label from the other half and the remaining non-sticky back might have rolled a little bit ), the unprinted half doesn't get jammed cos it goes first inside printer and the rolled half follows just follows the straight half and get automatically straightened when the printer pulls the paper. Therefore the rolling issue pointed out by some reviewers doesn't affect functionality.
