These bookbinding boards are available in various weights, and I've used them all, from the very thick 80 pound to the thinner 20 pound. Depending on your requirements, pick the thickness and weight you need for your project. We needed this weight to make the backing for notepads, and it was perfect.

The chipboard met my expectations. Just make sure you have a good cutting machine; you cannot use just any trimmer. I will have to purchase a guillotine trimmer for the chipboard to be cut with ease and precision.

I was looking for something light, but sturdy to put on top of my laptop. This chipboard is almost exactly the size of my laptop and is light and easy to move for use away from my desk.

I bought these to make the note pads that I make more sturdy. I used them to back the pages that I created and used binding glue on the top edge to make tear off note pads. It worked perfectly for this. These are just like any other chipboard you find on the back of note pads.

I use chipboard to make journals and bookmarks. This works for my needs. If you want a sturdy cover, double up on the chipboard and secure it with double-sided tape, then put the scrapbook paper or sticker paper on it. I like the quality of the chipboard.

I used this in a craft project and for what I was doing, it was perfect. Easy to cut yet very strong.

Nice and thick, great for making hardcover journals.

This product works great for personal scrapbooking. I needed thin cardboard for the binder's center. I always put extra sheets into my 12x12 scrapbooks that I make for people and the extra sheets I put in it never have enough cardboard to even out the center of the binder. These chipboards are great for that purpose! Easy to cut (I used my Friskar cutter) and hole punch without straining myself. I read a lot of reviews before I decided upon these chipboards and they are exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I would have liked is if they sold them in smaller packs but otherwise I am happy with this product for my purpose.

The product was very well packaged but when opened 6 of the sheets were damaged and cannot be used for the intended purpose.

This is not chipboard! This is a thin cardboard slightly thicker than cardstock. Very pricey for what you actually get. Disappointed.
