ABUS Ultra 410 Bike U-Lock

I use this lock and at least 3 additional locks to secure my radwagon 4. My goal is to make a potential thief have to work so hard to get my bike and really increase the odds of getting caught, as my deterrent. This lock is about the right size with the child rails to reach a stationary object and secure the frame without leaving too much play. The RadWagon 4 has extra wide frame bars, tires, and guards that make it impossible to include a wheel in the lock up with a u lock. I share this incase you are shopping for the same bike or another big frame bar bike.

This mounted well to my inexpensive mountain bike. I assume this style can be broken by pros (anything can really) but I just wanted to stop simple theft. Pleased with purchase

I ordered this lock as a back up basically and did not open the package until a month after it arrived to find it was shipped with no keys. Now I have a useless lock without keys and can't seem to get a replacement or refund. Pretty ridiculous service! It's a shame because I own another ABUS lock and it's great.

Great product. Only complaints are about the bike mount for it. 1) the bike mount is positioned weird so that the u lock runs parallel to it, and since it is 11 inches long, it doesn't fit my bike without sticking out weirdly. 2) you have to lock the u lock onto the mount, and since the u lock locks from the bottom, you need even more space and it just is an inconvenience . Beyond the mount, I'm very happy with the lock. It's smooth, well lubricated, etc.

Really nice lock. I love the fact that there's no wiggling or jiggling to open it,like my previous kryptonite lock with ceased up on me, and I wasn't able to open. If you plan on leaving your bike out overnight you might want something beefier. Asus males really good stuff. I liked my lock so much that I bought their mini. Which is my current lock.

It's a nice lock but it rattles like hell and the flimsy mounting hardware they provide is so small it wouldn't even fit around any part of my bike not particularly large or heavy duty bike.

I haven't had any issues with using this lock. It's simple to lock and unlock - doesn't stick. The size allows me to lock my bike to things other than a bike rack which was what I was looking for.

I got this as a secondary lock for my ebike. Seems very sturdy and I trust Abus

Me llegó bastante pronto, el dia que me dijeron que llegaría, bien empaquetado y tiene buena pinta el candado. Lo que me molestó es que en la descripcion del articulo dicen lo siguiente: Dimensiones del producto: largo x ancho x alto 29.5 x 23 x 3 centímetros y cuando llegó veo que el candado mide 23 x 10,5 x 1,5 centimetros, lo cual no es lo que ponía en la descripcion del articulo. Es cierto que hay dos candados en la misma pagina, y el otro, en las especificaciones pone: Dimensiones del producto: largo x ancho x alto 37 x 145 x 230 milímetros. No me gusta sentirme engañado. Me quedaré con él porque lo necesito.

Relación calidad-precio está súper bien, de buena calidad y mucho mejor que traer un seguro de metal trenzado que los rompen facilmente
