Very Pleased👍
I've had these on for a few months now, but have finally been able to put significant miles on them this past month. Logging in a few hundred miles thus far. Here in Colorado, the road conditions can change at a moment's notice. Road to rocky or sandy trail with steep inclines & descends for all. Since it seldom rains here, I've yet to put their performance in wet conditions to the test. We do have bike lanes here & there, but they're never maintained and typically full of road debris, holes & the occasional broken glass. These have held up remarkably well and after inspecting them today, I couldn't find even the slightest cut. Happy to say the tread wear is almost non-existent. My previous set of Schwalbe tires were chewed and getting punctures by this time. Freddie Kruger on the back tire and Edward ScisorHands on the front. Their rolling resistance + grip on these Ultra Sports are great. Not the best on the planet but for such a reasonable price, I doubt I could do better. Summation: Great tires all round for daily commutes in less than perfect road conditions. Should last long enough to be economically superior to other options that cost twice as much.

Smooth and Fast Rolling with Excellent Grip
At the time of this review I’ve ridden these tires for a little over 100 miles and couldn’t be happier. They roll fast and smooth with excellent traction. I see quite a few people complaining about flats. I really can’t comment on that part because I haven’t had any (knock on wood). Then again, I'm also using tube so if I do get a flat it'll more than likely not the fault of the tire itself. Installation for the wirebead version was fairly easy even with plastic tire levers. I really don't delve deep into scientific data about low/high rolling resistance, watts gained/loss, microgram weight advantage/disadvantage, 0.xxx percent aerodynamic drag, yada, yada. These tires may be not to every cyclist’s liking and that there will always be a better alternative out there, something that will satisfy the purist’s need. I’m mostly a weekend warrior who rides a gravel bike predominantly on the road for the fun and health benefits of cycling. All I can say based on user’s experience is these Ultra Sport III tires are a significant improvement to my previous Kenda tires. They’re lighter, smooth rolling with excellent traction and not to mention, cost-effective.

Awesome for the money!
These tires are very good for the price. I own Gatorskins (both tubular and clinchers) as well as the older Ultra Sport Clinchers. I’ve also used Zipp Tangente folding clinchers that are about the same price as these. These are built very well, thick, tough, and roll nicely too. Note that these are wire bead so they are a little bit tougher to install and aren’t the lightest tires out there. If you’re looking for a cheap but high quality training or commuter tire this is an excellent choice.

A great price will buy again!!!
The tires are shipped in a big box really protecting it from damage and the tire itself is very high quality and was easy to put on. I believe this to be a faster tire than the original Bontrager tires 700×32 H2 with less tread and look a small fraction less wide with much less tread. I believe the bike rides better, so no regrets plus I prefer a wire bead tire.

Good tire
Although the puncture protection isn't the same level as other tires from Continental, its still a good tire. So far, so good on these city streets.

Hard to put on tire
The wire around the tire makes it very difficult to mount on the wheel. I even had to pay a Pathfinder guy to install these tires for me. The ride is comfortable, and to my surprise, the 32mm size feels faster than the 28mm tires I previously used. However, these tires are extremely prone to punctures. I’ve already had three flats after just 200 miles of riding. In contrast, my previous Gatorskin tires never gave me a single flat. Unfortunately, these tires have left me stranded on the road a couple of times. I have been using Continental Gatorskin tires for years, but this pair was a disappointment. After my experience with these tires, I’ve decided to switch back to Gatorskins.

Very nice quality tire. Not my first Ultra Sport III, but first 32mm.
My beautiful vintage bike was make for 25mm tires. I moved to 28mm several years ago (disappearing sizes of wire-bead tires). 32mm, this one barely fit. I mean barely. Guy at bike shop said NOoooo, take that tire off. But it is a keeper. Yes, 32 does have a nicer ride than narrower.

Continental Wire Bead Ultra Sport III 700x32 Black PureGrip
Bought this tire for my M5 recumbent, moving from a 28mm to this 32mm. This tire appears to be wearing ok, judging the wear after 100 miles. I went to larger sidewall tires to help with preventing rim pinch and a more comfortable ride on rougher roads. I can now also ride short bits on gravel, sand, and grass with less trepidation. Good price at $28.70 with shipping. I had to work patiently to get this tire mounted as the last bit was not cooperating. Be sure to have all the air out of tube and do not seat the valve stem until after the tire is fully mounted. This gives that smidgen of extra room to get the last portion of tire mounted. My only gripe would be that it took a week longer to receive this tire than the front tire I ordered from another supplier at the same time.
