These silicone inserts are great. After a double mastectomy and trying several types of prosthesis' and these are very comfortable, cooler than the solid cotton inserts and easy to clean. They look and feel very natural and I'm so glad I finally found something that makes me feel 'normal' again.

My insurance pays for "prosthesis" since I've had a mastectomy. They paid $800 for mine. I hate them. They are too small, too light and sit much too high for a 65 yr old woman. So I went searching. I'm a chunky monkey so I needed something with some weight to keep them from looking like shoulder pads. They feel natural and look natural. I will keep paying out of pocket for these.

These are great for many reasons - I’ve known folks who used them for cosplay, for drag, for gender dysphoria, for balancing a partial mastectomy - you name it.Shape-wise I find these are very similar to the real thing, however, selecting the right bra to cover them is key. These look much better than inserts that are just round or more “chicken cutlet” style.As with the real thing, bigger size = heavier. I’d say they have a similar weight to real breasts, so start smaller then work your way up if you are concerned about back problems.Comfort is a tough one - they are plastic. There’s no way you’re not going to sweat under these things when it is hot. I’ve seen people pop them in the fridge for a few hours before wearing them to help alleviate this, but it just is what it is.BE SURE TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION IN EXTREME HEAT. Where I used to live it would regularly get hotter than 100F - and these things CAN MELT. NEVER leave them in a car during the summer. If they puncture, they will leak, and you will regret it. But the only time I had seen that was in extreme conditions - and only after they had been worn pretty consistently for almost a year. Be cautious of puncturing during wear - it’s not going to leak or burst out in normal temps but you still want to avoid any chemical weirdness on your skin.These do have sort of a suction cup style of potential adhesion if you do not have breasts, but it won’t work if you do have existing breasts. Pretty much assume you will need to wear a bra with these.

Very comfortable

These are affordable, but their form does not hold up very good. One of mine looks like it does not have enough of the filling in the plastic, and it is missing a bit of material in the top. The other one had a bunch of air inside of it which creates bubbles and deforms the shape of the filling. They're well sized and weighted, but they don't look very good. If you shove them into a masectomy pocket bra then they do the job, just be weary of deformation.

My second time purchasing these breast prosthetics from this Amazon vendor. Had to repurchase after many years use of old ones. Great quality and value. First pair lasted many years. Iwill purchase again from them if there's a future need years down the road.

I had a mastomey in 1992 and finding a prosthesis was very difficult because of price. These I know are reasonably priced but they have not held up the silicone has separated inside and are not a good item for every day use.

Love these Love the look I wear these under a competition style one piece bathing suit they sit there perfectly no adjusting have worn for lengthy periods of time and very comfortable its winter right now so no sweating probably will be claimy in the summer months if u where going to wear for the day I’m a guy so don’t have much to start with I bought a c cup size and there perfect. Might get a d cup to. me and my girlfriend use them for dress up and perfect for that
