Great product. Easy to install

Always bought my printer ink from Amazon as it's much cheaper than in shops. It's a multi buy over the years for me. Arrives quickly, easy to install into printer and quality is just as good as the expensive brand ones

UPDATE: the seller has voluntarily refunded me the entire purchase, for which I believe they deserve 5 stars as I did not request a refund, being beyond the one month return limit. However I still have a faulty printer now which I probably need to send to HP for repair. I do not know if the fault was caused by the cartridges or by HP.My HP printer suddenly stopped printing yellow once I installed the black Zambrero cartridge. There is no problem with black, but yellow is streaky and mixed with black ink. I tried the usual steps of cleaning the printheads but the problem gets worse, not better. The yellow cartridge is original HP. I don't know what to think. Any idea? Has this happened to anyone else?

Well I bought this based on reviews for a house photosmart printer, for regular office printingFirst of all easy to install, if the microchips don’t fall off. Had to return part, got a full refund. Thinking not bad, but is that exceptional customer service or because the product is poor and they know it?Kept the remaining sets and put all 4 into the printer, cleaned, aligned and did various printer tests. Nothing came through clear and print quality is horrendous. I’m not concerned damage has been done and that even if I put the OEM HP in its too late… time will tell, but my experience has been terrible. Grainy missing lines in prints, weird, dull colours not reflective of what you’re expecting.Following up, the supplier contacted me to resolve final issues. The ink is now actually printing better, but some 100 pages in. Still not HP quality, but maybe lower risk than I originally though. Maybe worth a punt now.

High quality prints and great value for money, well done Zambrero!Highly recommended and it's worth every penny.The only very minor issue is the cartridges a little bit smaller than the original, I am talking about less that1mm, which is nothing to be honest and fits okay but with very slight movement. So when you install the cartridges try to be precise on pushing the cartridge in place to not damage the chip.

I've always bought genuine HP cartridges but as most of the prints I need are just for file records and not images on photo paper, its absolutely fine for my purposes. It installed without any issues and I'm interested to see if there are issues later on where the heads dry up or ink delivery is not 100%. For now I've given this an overall 5 star rating but I haven't compared the colour output with genuine cartridges so I rated print quality as 4 star for now. As it stands today and if nothing fails I'll buy this product again. July 30th 2021

Third-party carts are always hit-and-miss. I've only used two so far and both required repeated cleaning before they'd establish themselves and give error-free printing. Since cleaning does use a lot of ink this does rather reduce their economy of use. However, once they've got going they seem to be fine.Given the price diffeence between these and HP's carts, these are still worth it - but you have to be prepared to waste time, ink and paper when you change one.

Great price, came quickly, easy to install.I got a tip from a photocopier engineer to change all 4 cartridges at the same time. Something to do with air pressure feedback to the printer. Apparently different cartridges can have differing feedback pressures so could register a fault on the printer. It may be a lot of tosh but, it has worked for me and I have have had good quality prints for over 2 weeks without any issues. At these prices changing all 4 from genuine HP ones (2 were empty and 2 were very low) to me was a no brainer. Hope this helps
