Easy install, solid quality, protects drone

The guards snap on tightly and is very secure. Adds a good amount of protection to the sides and bottom of the blades. Once you put them on you just need to tell the app that they are attached so the drone can account for the extra weight.

Definitely feel more confident flying my drone now with the extra protection. Fit Mavic air 2 perfectly, very tight fit. I thought about 3d printing some but this seemed stronger and the price was worth it. Highly recommend for beginner flyers

These guards are well built, good quality, and very easy to assemble and disassemble. The Mavic Air 2 does have sensors in each direction except of course.. side to side. These guards do remedy that, but if they would have engineered them just a tiny bit higher, they would have also prevented an accidental contact from above... But overall good guards for side protection where the sensors do not cover.

After spending close to $1,000 for the Mavic Air 2 Combo pack, it was a no-brainer to purchase this propeller guard. The propeller guard is very easy to put on and take off the drone. While it does significantly increase the footprint of the drone, practically speaking, it has saved my drone (and my wallet) on more than one occasion. From a performance point of view, the app does warn you that having the guard attached does somewhat limit performance (in terms of speed, height and distance of travel), but until you are an expert pilot, I'd sacrifice some minimal performance for the protection of the drone any day.

These guards are stronger and bigger than I expected, but the drone flies perfectly well with them (I would expect a minor hit to battery life). After crashing my drone into a printer while flying indoors, which I seriously do not recommend with the Mavic Air 2, I purchased a set of these and then gently nudged the drone into a wall: super simple recovery without crashing, and they look strong enough to take a moderate hit. Note that the drone cannot be folded with these on, and the whole assembly is *large*, but the mount or dismount easily without tools. If you're going to fly close to obstacles, these are a must have.

I got this to fly indoors........Eh silly me its actually more frightening to fly it indoors with the cage as those props cut the air at an alarming rate. But if youre a novice pilot like me, taking it outside where trees are around and you want to check out the features, it does protect the sides. And if it breaks them in a side collision and saves the drone once, well then it has done its job well. Untill the next episode, fly well and drop height when the wind wants to take you away.

i thought they would sit above the propellers but they don't. but they are more for side impact protection so they work. seem pretty durable. i feel like they could protect the drone from quite an impact. fairly thick. each of the four pieces are labeled so helps with install. snaps are nice and tight so i have no fear of them falling off. they do add a bit of weight to the drone but not horrible. all in all i would say they are a good investment to protect the drone.

good quality material. Feels rigid, and provides extra support across the body of the drone protecting the arms in a collision. I bought this mainly for using indoors when taking realty shots. This puts a buffer between the propellers and breakables. These are an added level of safety and insurance on the job.

Die Idee, die Props zu schützen, ist sicher gut. Aber für die Praxis ist die filigrane, frickelige Konstruktion nicht gut geeignet. Das Zusammenbauen ist einfach, aber die Montage an der Drohne ist problematisch. Die Plastikklammern/clips, die den Prop Schutz an den Drohnenfüßen halten, sind filigran und scheinen schon beim Ansehen zu brechen. Ich ahne, dass nach nur wenigen Schließen und Öffnen diese kleinen Leichtbauklammern/Clips den Geist aufgeben. Dann sind alle Guards-Teile nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Und spätestens dann, wenn man die Prop Guards zum Außeneinsatz mitnehmen will, weiß man nicht wohin mit den sperrigen Teilen. Sie passen so gar nicht in irgendeine Transporttasche für die Air2s.
