Easy to install high-quality great sound

If you're one of us that wants to upgrade your 10w stock HD speakers but not install an amp just yet, these are a great starting point. These are 2ohm speakers so they match the impedance of the stock head unit. A 4ohm speaker is more common but going from 2ohm to 4ohm, basically cuts your head unit's dismal wattage in half. So, unless you're adding an amp, you really don't want to do that. These are waterproof/resistant, drop right into the factory holes, and wire right up without any hassle. Plus they'll handle the additional wattage of that amp you add later! Will you be able to hear them a block away? No. But you'll be able to hear them rolling down the highway at 80, which is better than what your stock speakers was capable of. Buy the speakers!

Good for price

Wasn't ready to do the Amp and speaker upgrade but wanted something better than stock. Bought these and they sound great! Can crank up the volume without distortion compared to the stock speakers.

2014 Electra Ultra Limited. These front speakers took a few hours to install: speakers and grills fit perfectly, but Harley did not plan for this to be easy. Removing the fairing is easy enough, but getting the speaker enclosures off is tedious. Speakers are similar design, much larger magnet size, and better overall quality than original. See picture for comparison to stock speaker. Better voice and music quality, and plenty loud without an amp. I ordered front and rear replacements with the plan of adding the matched Hogtunes amp later. After a 280-mile trip with these, I have no plan to add an amp. Came with new speaker covers/grills, which I think look better than stock. I’m not saying they are audiophile quality, but plenty loud and the mid ranges are clear at any speed. Very satisfied overall. Video is with all 4 new speakers before I reinstalled the fairing, running at maybe 3/4 volume. Hope that helps.

Installed on my 2019 Road Glide. Sound quality is clear and easy to install. Kinda wish they had a little more bass potential. Originally bought a set of kicker speakers but they were to thick to put the screens back on. All in all these are a much better upgrade compared to the factory speakers.

Easy replacement for HD touring bike

Was stoked to put these in and they are definitely beefier than stock. With the RoadGlide Special they do slide in without taking the fairing off... however - The white casing connection is not really plag n play - the connection is slightly wider than the female connector from the bike so either you need to adjust the connector or trim a bit off the male tongue or I suppose stretching the female housing a bit. I got it on but had to make this work. The black connector goes right on - additionally pay attention to the instructions - the backside wiring needs to go in at 12 o'clock on the RoadGlide - you will mush the wiring if its at 6 o'clock. Looking forward to giving it a go on a ride now...

2024 Road Glide, takes 10mins to install, had these on my 2019 Street Glide as well, nothing to think about, compared to stock - night and day, no amp upgrade needed, plug and play, great value!!!

Difficult to install, you have to dismantle quite a bit of front cover. Do your research on youtube for instructional videos. Worth the effort though. You will come across imperial and metric allen head screws, phillips and torx screws as well. Add imperial bolts and you have a full combo of fasteners. Also be careful with the wire connectors on the speakers. It may prove beneficial to file them down width-wise to fit without causing damage to the speaker. Take your time, it's worth the effort.
