The product was exactly as described and it arrived on time. I did make a last minute change in my order and they took care of that in time for me to receive what I wanted.Great people to deal with, I highly recommend them.

Product was well made unlike the y connectors at the big box stores. Additionally, the y connectors at the big box stores, and other similar connectors will not evenly distribute the air to each branch, however, the way this product is made the heat or cool air is evenly distributed. The y connectors at the big box stores and others like them, is one reason one room may be cooler or warmer than another. Product was delivered on time as well would recommend and would purchase again.
