I bought this for my son because he is obsessed with bugs and likes to paint. The rocks were perfect sizes for making fun bugs! The directions suggested we paint the rocks white, but this step wasn’t needed and we painted all the colors straight on the rocks. Loved the wings that came with the set!

Bought this for a 7 yr. old girl who loves to do crafts. Her birthday isn't for a few weeks but pretty sure she's going to love it!

Got this kit to do with my grandkids. I went ahead and done one myself so I could judge how hard it would be for younger kids. With some help they are going to really enjoy rock painting and decorating. I had a good time doing the one I did. I like that there are lots of different things to do painting and glueing a good time for a 3, 4, and 5 year old.

Great product! My daughter loves making the insects with the rocks. The goue does not do too well so we had to use hot glue to get the antenna to go on.

This is our second or third rock painting set and it's the best one: very complete, it comes with paints, brushes, sticky glitter paint, glue, pipe cleaners, sticky gems, googly eyes, several pairs of different-sized and -colored plastic wings and petals, and even sticky plastic bumpers so that the rocks don't scratch your furniture. Best thing is that the rocks that are included in he kid are real rocks, black and smooth and of different sizes -- I've gotten fake rocks made of concrete in other kits. Plus the examples they provide for projects are super cute.
