We got the curtains because the dining room gets a lot of sunlight all day long and it bothers. My mother she is 80 years old and the sunlight hurts her eyes. So I got the room darkening curtains to keep her eyes covered in a sense she loves them. She has never been happier she loves the color she loves the texture the feel way they just sit along the wall. I also learned a little trick you get old toilet paper rolls and put them at the top between each loop and it gives you a perfect spacing so. It gives you a nice separation line all the way across. So you don't get bunched up?

I've bought several curtain in recent months to finish my new home. All of them claim to be room darkening. None of them actually delivered. Once the morning sun hits the curtain the room starts to brighten up.Until I found this one. It has a double fabric with the outside fabric completely black. So far. No sun light made it through - really sticks to its promise "room-darkening". Look out for that double fabric.

I live in a terrible area with a bar across the street that has bright neon lights and lights in their parking lot which light up my entire house and yard like I’m in a stadium. I got a pair of these for my bedroom and my daughters bedroom to block out the lights coming from across the street and they block everything out. It’s been so nice to be able to sleep in the dark. They are very dark so if you’re a person who is worried about oversleeping you may want to keep a crack in the curtains In order to help you wake up because they black out so much of the light that we often find ourselves sleeping until 1030 on a weekend because it’s so dark. It’s also great for if you want to take a midday nap and block out the sun or if you’re someone who suffers from migraines and needs to have no lights they work perfect. I absolutely love these curtains and can’t imagine not having them

We got these to go in front of our blinds (which are also blackout) to help with the light and heat they still let in. The curtains are extra for the light filtering and has made an impact on the amount of heat coming through on windows also. We also did notice a shift in the noise level coming in from outside. Having a partner that works 3rd shift and the summer sun, setting on our bedroom windows, these curtains have made a difference.

These blackout curtains actually work and black out the sun! They are a very nice, heavy duty material with a black lining. I am hopeful that they will help keep the room cooler in the summer too!

They really do keep the heat and sun out. They keep my family room much colder and way more darker than it ever has been.

The previous pair of black out curtains I purchased cost less but we're not as nice as these, which have a nice full hem. Worth the extra money!

My first curtain purchase (living dangerously in my later years). Given the price of competing products, wasn't expecting much. Was very pleasantly surprised with what arrived. The size was perfect for what I wanted. I am not really expecting much thermal benefit, but I'm sure these will take the edge off walking past the wood and glass doors to my conservatory. If a suitable size was available, would purchase for some windows.

For the money they are good value - they work - all good - you'll still get a bit of light round the edges but you will with any curtain unless you go oversize on every perimiter

The material is nice, and the colour very vivid, but the curtain lets through sunlight. It needs another curtain or blind behind it for it to be absolutely dark.

The curtains are perfect, so pleased with the colour lovely soft grey. The size of the curtains is perfect. I needed a small width and not too long I tried quite a few places and were all too big for my window. I will definitely buy from you again.

Nice quality and looks great! Most important is it completely blocks out the sunlight so I can sleep well during the day. It also blocks out certain level of noises as advertised. I live beside a busy street so it helps tremendously.
