Omega Nutrition Coconut Oil, 454-Grams

This coconut oil is deodorized. Great cause I hate coconut. I am unsure how they deodorize the coconut oil and if this is not good for you. It tastes good on toast, although it is fairly tasteless.

omg I can finally take a spoon of coconut oil without the taste and smell. Here's the thing. Iove the taste of real coconuts, almond joy is my favorite candy bar but for some reason I cannot down a spoon of normal coconut oil I just cant I tried to like it, I tried to convince myself for years, finally accepted I cant, not regularly. This is why this coconut oil is a godsend, almost no smell or taste, the texture is still the same, but it's so much easier to "down it"

I've used this product for many years. I used to call in my orders before you could buy stuff on the internet! I've tried other brands, but this is the one I always come back to. I'm impressed with the customer service and philosophy of the company. I like that it's organic and doesn't taste like coconut. I use it for all my cooking needs - baking, frying, and sauteing. I don't want everything I eat to taste like coconut. Also, it doesn't smell like coconut so I use it for dry skin and know that I won't smell like a "day at the beach".

YES! Finally a coconut oil I can use, 'cause I just hate the smell/taste of coconut. I don't even like being around a pool in the summer because it smells of coconut tanning products. This stuff has absolutely NO COCONUT SMELL OR TASTE. Now I can get the benefits without the nausea.:-) Thank you Omega Nutrition!

I love this coconut oil for cooking! It doesn't taste at all like coconut, so it's perfect for anything you make.

I love the coconut oil, but when I opened the last container there was a big gap of empty space in the middle of the coconut oil.

My absolute favorite coconut oil, I have ordered this at least a half dozen times - excellent for cooking, for skin, for keeping cavities away by rinsing with, superb.

Has a distinctive chemical smell. Extremely disappointed, i've purchased this oil from Omega before and had a pleasant coconut aroma and taste. But it seems this company is now refining or "deodorizing" their coconut oils, which I find questionable for a product that claims to be "organic". It has a strange chemical smell which is anything but appetizing. I would not want to use it as a moisturizer either. Will not purchase again.

This coconut oil is expeller pressed and deodorized which means most of the healthy nutritional benefits of raw coconut oil have been removed. I bought it by mistake and won't buy it again.
