good in general

A small switch puller, made out of a relatively weak and thin, bendable material. Hard to grab the switch and hard to pull with this. I wish somebody designed a better switch puller, something that has a bigger handle to grab and something that can be locked in the closed position, once the tabs are compressed.

bends easy if you drop it or put pressure on the wrong points

it was really hard to use because it would bend too easily
