I have to say I am very impressed with this company. The equipment originally arrived and did not work unfortunately. They promptly sent me a new one and made the process very easy for me. Customer service is excellent and very responsive.

Was please with it considering it’s a budget flash dryer. After about 2.5 weeks it just wouldn’t get hot. Opened the top and saw the wire had just broken. We didn’t use it hardly at all so obviously won’t last long.So wouldn’t waste the money to only get a few weeks out of it

Excellent product. Great size for the value.

Used for about 3 total hours over the course of a week.Went to move the unit and as you can see in picture, it literally melted into the power outlet. So now I’m stuck without a flash dryer, and a messed up power outlet. I emailed customer service through Amazon and will update if and when they get back to me. But this thing clearly draws way to much power, not to mention when I first received it the base that slides into each other was scratched so bad like it was a return. (it’s on the inside so I didn’t care)EDIT:After I reached out to the Seller, they agreed it was a faulty unit and exchanged it for a new one. Seems to be working fine for now and Happy with it so far. Product is great, its just needs a little better Quality Control Inspection before they ship out. Other than that thanks for being an awesome seller!

Overall, this thing certainly is a secret weapon for the budget screen printer but the nature of this item requires great care to minimize electrical or fire hazards. See below:This thing is sturdy and is pretty dope for the price considering you could easily spend 1K on a commercial flash dryer. I took one star off because the wheels don't really roll and the included tool was not sufficient to properly tighten the bolts that hold the legs on making the whole thing a bit burdensome to move around.This unit relentlessly tripped the breakers of my house so use a reliable surge protectors and be mindful where you plug it in. I think it just pulls too much power while it is doing its initial heat up (3-5 minutes) so I would recommend that during this time, turn the switch on for 30 seconds and then off for 30 seconds as it starts up to keep the circuits stable.The cord should be a bit longer- i found that at its current length, the junction point where you plug it into an extension cable is right under foot, constantly rolling underneath the legs creating a potentially hazardous situation.Update: After using this guy for a while I've changed my review to 5 stars. It turns out there are little locks on the wheels that you can lift to make rolling easier. It's definitely not perfect but for the price I feel it has performed wonderfullyUpdate after 2 years- This flash dryer is still kicking but I've had to make significant improvements- The wiring brackets melt after a while making me feel they do not use the proper connections. I bought high temp rated brackets and replaced the ones that burnt out and it hasn't had any issues. You will need a 20 W breaker. Even so it melts the surge protectors it is plugged into. I also replaced the castors with some i bought off of amazon and that worked great. Overall, for the money I went back to 3 stars given the fire hazards it poses and the fact that it was supposed to have temperature control.

Item arrived inoperable. Had to work with the manufacturer to diagnose the problem and fix it myself. Works okay now but quality control is lacking.

Very quick to warm up. Using this for my small clothing brand business to screen print my own gear from now on. Flash dries my pieces in seconds. I was really hesitant to buy it but I do not regret it. @PrivateTeamCo

This thing is what is, a cheap flash dryer. As a small business in a budget I thought I could get this and use it for a year and then maybe get a better one. Nope, after using it for about two projects it suddenly stopped working but the power lights would still turn on. Turned out it burned through the wire on the inside attaching it to the power source (see photo). Now if someone knows how to fix this (maybe soldering) it would be appreciated. Also the power it takes to run it always trips the breakers and is so annoying. No temp control which sucks since then I ended up burning garments. Also quite unstable and the wheels barely spin. I would not buy again.
