Let Soak
Let soak 3/4 in water just out of direct sunlight for a few weeks until you have angel hair pasta for roots filling the vase, then plant it.I recently just planted 12, so easy I ordered another seen here, promptly sprouted.

I got more than I ordered, and even though I feel like I followed the instructions, I now have zero :( They flourished at first inside, then when I moved them outside in buckets, they all died. I see other people have success with them though. Thinking about trying one more time.
